He was the guitar player for Tanya Tucker, The Don Kelley Band and is currently touring the world with his own show! It was a great honor for me to improvise some licks by his side and I hope you enjoy this vídeo as much as we enjoyed playing for you!
Wow, both of you are great "pickers". That had such a popping, dynamic sound. The fact that both of those Teles are set up so differently, with different pickups, etc., just shows that so much of the tone comes from you heart and fingers!

Oh wow, I haven't seen Porter McClister in a long time. Ever since he was with The Don Kelly Band there in Nashville. This was a BIG treat for me to hear you both play, and you both sounded awesome. Thank you guys for getting together and playing for us and sharing. And did I heard a little bit of Johnny Hiland. O Porter tem uma técnica mais próxima do banjo, ele usa dedeiras e os 3 dedos. Existe um parentesco entre a palhetada híbrida e a técnica da guitarra country com o 'scruggs style' no banjo, fico pensando se certos fraseados de guitarra nao cairiam bem no banjo! Talvez por uma questão de timbre não fiquei tão legal, enfim, to divagando aqui hehehehehehe vou testar umas coisas!

These two pickers aren't famous but I dont give a fuck. This jam is funky as. They regularly appear on my playlist sandwich between other artists like the stones, Dylan, bee gees, Johnny cash and Bowie. Chicken picking all the way to heaven. Thanks guys
