He’s definitely the best since Jeff Gordon. He’s now won 22 races in the past 4 seasons and 2024 isn’t over yet. He’ll probably win 2 or 3 more this year
II’m 58 and I absolutely agree, he not only wins but dominates everything he sits down in! And I’m a fist fight ya behind the stands Tony Stewart fan from Columbus Indiana!
@@rasmith66 This is why I’m excited to watch him run the double again. He legitimately has a chance to win the Indy 500 and Coke 600 in the same day. It would be the most historic day in motorsports if he pulls it off
I'm a life long motorsports fan. I've seen Richard, Pearson, Cale, Parnelli, Dan Gurney, Mario, the Allisons, Dale, Jeff, Jimmie, AJ, Smoke and many others thru the decades and Larson ranks right up there with the best of the best. Also, as a former race team owner, I loved it when we stunk up the show! You need to enjoy those times because even the best only win about 10% of the time.
Larson learned his lesson from a few races back when he had a dominant car and wrecked himself early.. when you have a great car just take your time.. well done.
Ya know i dont mean to bring other motorsports into this but i think im on the larson band wagon of him being the beat driver in the world he races 2 styles of cars and wins consistently in them and hes doing his indycar thing and seems to be doing well in that aswell so larson to me seems to be the best in the world rn
@@Luke24160 I think Larson has a legit shot at it. I've read an article that said he was selling more merchandise than any other driver. Time will tell. I think the voting starts next month.
They fabricated a star with Chase. They knew he would get Jrs fans bc he used to drive for him, Gordon fans bc he took his car and the Bill Elliot fans bc of his name. Larson made himself a star
Been watching nascar since 2001, I have no issue with an ass kicking and long green flag run. Granted I'm use to more passes for the lead at Bristol, but ay, he was the shit today
Natural born ass whooping. Best Driver in the world. Can drive anything. I seen him a golden isle dirt come in no practice start in back pass ever car and win. No doubt best all around drive in the world. I'm glad Chevrolet has him
Yung Money smoked them! 😂 I watched the 4Crown at Eldora. Wanted to see some action. Live 2hrs from the track and figured it would be a snooze fest, but a Larson fan.
It was a bad race. Depending on who you ask of course. As a Buescher fan, this was a complete snoozefest. But I can see the other side of the coin for Larson fans.
I dont understand the hate, im not a larson fan but the top, bottom and even the middle in some cases were in. and drivers were all over the track finding speed. I dont know maybe its because im a dirt guy i enjoyed that race quite a bit.
Completely disagree with his take on the tires. Part of what makes nascar great is the endurance/attrition aspect. Obviously you cant drive the same in a sprint car thats doing a 25 mile race.
@@Steve-ft4gi ok let's have 25 mile races then I guess.. tire management is a serious skill and has been part of stock car racing for a long time, it's a revered aspect of the series, I along with a huge group of people enjoy tire management and strategy as much as all out sprints to the finish. there are different kinds of racing. if you want to see who can win the most races in 25 mile all out no strategy racing then you have plenty of them to watch, probably one down the street.
I think the question "did this win send a message to the other teams" was a baited question. All the teams are pros, and to say they need to come through Kyle is short sighted. If they weren't good drivers/teams, they wouldn't be in Nascar's elite level. Kyle would be foolish to think that anyone of the other drivers couldn't come in and whoop him like he just did. Plus, too many times someone like Kyle dominated one race, and the next go and come in last. Talent only gets you so far, a good amount of luck comes into it as well. Not getting caught in wrecks and guess the right strategy per race has nothing to do with talent. I think that is why its so hard to win every year. Look at Kyle Busch, most wins as an active driver but hasnt won as many championships as one would think.
The rest of the field had good racing going on. If this wasn’t a playoff race, or even if it wasn’t a cutoff race, we would’ve gotten to watch more of what was good. They were able to get and run side by side, passing was difficult but possible. The racing was good, Larson just had a dominant race. Whatever version of Bristol you call best would’ve been just the same out front last night. Larson was just better.

Not the " beat" driver this time
If you watch him in the sprints how he dominates that. He drives that sprint car like Steve Kinser and Sammy Swindell did. Say no more.
I hope Kyle takes the Most Popular Driver this year!
He should be the most popular driver instead of Chase Elliott
No shot it’ll be Elliott until he retires

Kyle Larson dominating didn't make it a bad race. Goodyear and this race car made it a bad race.
Yep, the car is terrible. Strip off the splitter and diffusers and get the things up off the ground for short tracks.
