Good old Cedar Creek Kentucky. Might wanna consider Green River lake Campbellsville Ky sometime. It’s got 3 species of bass (brown/green/spots) and is primarily all rock.
i love this lake but you have to be careful in places because that submerged timber will get you. my grandfather use to keep sardines on his boat during fishing trips. i could not eat them now.
Yes, you need to be extremely careful on this lake. They pretty much left all the standing trees, and many of them are just under the surface and are t necessarily visible.
@@johnpriceii8097 Exactly. Cedar Creek is one lake I'll never visit. My brother went there 5-6 years ago and destroyed his $65,000 boat. He hit a tree that was barely a half a foot under the surface out in the middle. There's TONS of them, it's not one lake you wanna go fast. You HAVE to cruise everywhere unless you have the exact routes mapped out and even then things can happen.
Junk fishing at its best! Nice to see how you broke down the lake and didn't give up... even when it came time to pay your dues. Thanks Tyler, these are the good ones!
Was waiting for another one of these. These are especially great now that I’m exploring new waters and getting my feet wet like this, so hearing your thought process helps me learn. Good stuff man!
I enjoy the lake breakdowns. I like that you don’t always make the goal. Gives me hope. Need to pick different more doable things when you fail to meet expectations.
These videos from you are always my favorite to watch and learn with! Being from Ohio, have you ever fished pleasant hill reservoir just outside of southern Richland county perrysville? Or Knox lake in fredricktown in Knox county?
Lake breakdowns are the best! Why not use a jig instead of a pegged creature style bait? I have a similar lake, and I'm terrible at fishing standing timber in deeper water.
That's why I buy 30 packs of Missile D Bombs and Baby D Bombs still to this day. Last year, Missile sent me 3x 30 packs for messing up one of my previous orders and I didn't even report the error, they just sent it. Gotta love Missile, great lures and great company.
Great video Tyler. The only thing I would’ve changed would’ve been switched to fluorocarbon instead of braid. I’ve had my heart broken too many times by Fishing braided fishing line around timber.
You're a bad influence on one of my fishing buddies. Now, every time we go fishing if we don't catch X then we have to eat some disgusting something and anchovies are nasty. Great videos.
I love the hook set on that 1.32 pounder. You had your right hand above the reel. That was funny and an awesome catch. I like these lake breakdowns. Keep up the great content brotha.
@@BassFishingHQ it was an unexpected hook set and I’ve been there with some weird unorthodox hook sets but if you bring the fish in it doesn’t even matter.
Nothing like eating a rotted fish ugh , that lake looked pretty cool with all that cedar, just looked it up and I'm less than 3 hours away , may have to try that place
Florida native but I'm currently living in Kentucky and that's honestly how it is up here a lottt. You'll catch a few in one spot, move around for a while, get nothing, then get two more in the original spot 🤷
Dude that was funny having too eat sardines..makes your vids seem real and more enjoyable... I am a fellow alum creekian..is that a word?lol!...Terry w....why did you choose humminbird live?
Hey Terry…I really like the connectivity that all the Humminbird units have with each other. I don’t love having different brand units if I can just because everything being synced together is super nice for time management
I truly don’t understand how your are under 3 million subscribers. You upload tons of high quality informational bangers. Keep up the good work!
It’s just the algorithm
He’s my favorite on the platform
Bass fishing just isn’t that popular on UA-cam. Tactical bassin only has 500k. Even the googans only have like 1 or 2 million.
I know catching big ones is great, but I like just catching fish. Especially bass! Another good one.
Good old Cedar Creek Kentucky.
Might wanna consider Green River lake Campbellsville Ky sometime. It’s got 3 species of bass (brown/green/spots) and is primarily all rock.
Eventually if you continue this challenge you're going to start to like Sardines. LOL I keep them in my boat they're a Great snack.
Still my favorite series on the ‘Tube right now. 👍🏼
If you have anymore unopened sardines in your pantry, please ship them to me. Love them with cheese sticks and a cool beer. LOL
I just threw up a little reading that
In Soviet Russia... lake breaks you!
You would say that
i love this lake but you have to be careful in places because that submerged timber will get you. my grandfather use to keep sardines on his boat during fishing trips. i could not eat them now.

This felt like I was watching a series on tv. Very well done. Do more of these.
Good eating either in mustard or Louisiana hot sauce.
Sir I love watching your videos. Some of the best fishing information around. Keep up the good work!
Used to fish this lake all the time when I lived in Kentucky, there’s so much standing timber it’s overwhelming
I enjoy the lake breakdowns. I like that you don’t always make the goal. Gives me hope.

Going to get some of your merch soon and talk about it in my channel. Love these videos. Keep it up man! God bless brother.
Great fishing video. One of the best series on UA-cam.
Thanks man. They are one of my favorite ones to film and edit
Excellent video Tyler.
I love your new boat!
How lucky am I to see this 22 seconds after upload! Keep em coming man, love these lake breakdowns
You got to be one of the first
9 minutes is pretty good too, right? 😂
Love that lake caught my first crankbait bass in the middle of summer over there off a pile of rocks
Really enjoyed the video and your face when you ate the first sardine!
You got the wrong sardines. You should of gotten them in mustard sauce
These videos from you are always my favorite to watch and learn with! Being from Ohio, have you ever fished pleasant hill reservoir just outside of southern Richland county perrysville? Or Knox lake in fredricktown in Knox county?
Love this style of video!
Amazing connect 🔥🔥🔥
Awesome video, thanks!
Love this series
A great day of fishing and sardines afterwards, man that’s living
I like this style of video with a challenge. Keep up the great content!
I challenge you to fish your next 5 trips with no electronics, old school. Great videos, keep it up!
Lake breakdowns are the best! Why not use a jig instead of a pegged creature style bait? I have a similar lake, and I'm terrible at fishing standing timber in deeper water.
I love the i knew it!! Ohiro shoutout!!!
I love your videos Ty. It would be my dream to do what you do after high school. Keep that camera on brother.
Enjoyed the fish being caught, but I really enjoyed watching your eat those sardine's. Your facial expression was priceless.
Great content love the lake break series!
We need a lake break video every week.
That is the goal for next year
@@BassFishingHQ
Great. Don’t have to drive 4 hours and Doesn’t have to be a new lake every time. That format just makes for a great watch

I 100% agree. I was not ready for that bite. I was using braid to fluoro but I would have preferred straight fluoro
First of all hat off 🎩 for all the good content. Swedish Surströmming (fermented herring) next time 🇸🇪🐟
You're a bad influence on one of my fishing buddies. Now, every time we go fishing if we don't catch X then we have to eat some disgusting something and anchovies are nasty. Great videos.
Hahahaha I’m sorry about that
What size weight were u flipping?
Love the creature Hawg and the Dbomb! Excellent Video Tyler👍
Really enjoy the lake breaks. Luv the channel. Keep up the good work Tyler.
I love these style videos. Hate you didn’t hit your goal, but I enjoyed the video
" is this a area or is this a pattern?" That really changed my perspective !
thanks love your videos
Great video, keep sharing! Hopefully no more sardines for you next time 😉
I love the hook set on that 1.32 pounder. You had your right hand above the reel. That was funny and an awesome catch. I like these lake breakdowns. Keep up the great content brotha.
Weird hookset wasn’t it? I don’t even remembering doing that
@@BassFishingHQ it was an unexpected hook set and I’ve been there with some weird unorthodox hook sets but if you bring the fish in it doesn’t even matter.
Saw that bite on the 1.32. I have got to get better with jigs.
Really great video! Keep them coming!
I love these!! Keep em coming.
Great content like usual!
I love your content and the way you explain things! Sure wish you were here in Florida!
Got a big question for you. Out of all the cold weather gear out there, what do you recommend for winter fishing?
I love the lake breaks!
Me too
Nothing like eating a rotted fish ugh , that lake looked pretty cool with all that cedar, just looked it up and I'm less than 3 hours away , may have to try that place
That’s cedar creek ?
Florida native but I'm currently living in Kentucky and that's honestly how it is up here a lottt. You'll catch a few in one spot, move around for a while, get nothing, then get two more in the original spot 🤷
Please please more lake breaks I miss them
You must be close to me. I’m 2.5 hrs from cedar creek.
7 am and im gagging over sardines...😂
sardines! yum! lol
Anyone named Tyler always produce great videos 😆 guess what my name is 😆 love the vids bro always informative

@BassFishingHQ thanks...I have 4 H12s..I am trying to decide between garmin and humminbird
You would have met your goal if you would have had more D-Bombs. Those things are big fish magnets. Good video though
When the other guys rolled up…All I could hear was my father, “We call that the Iowa Fish Finder aka binoculars.”
I remember beating a challenge like that at that lake in 2 hours and then I ate canned sardines in extra Virgin olive oil right after.
Love your videos
Thank you! I love that you watch them!!
Tyler. One suggestion. You're commenting all the time. You may want to whisper to not scare the fish. Just a thought. Great video!
what is the "body of water"
Cedar Creek, Kentucky
Dude! That sucks you had to eat them.
Stay tuned, it's gonna be a good one.
Lake breaks yes 💯sardines no🤢
Do this at salt fork, seneca, or Tappan 😂
I have thought about Seneca
@BassFishingHQ well if I see an Ikon at Seneca this spring I'll yell at you 😆
Bamboozled the viewers with a promise of eating a "can of sardines"? 😃
Btw, add vinegar, salt and pepper and they're much better.
3/8 like 1 minutes later 😂
Yup!
Is this a repeat
Nope...brand new
I going to trust you that you don’t like sardines
Tournament mentality gets so boring.
Don’t eat them. 🤮
