I believe you made an error around 15:31. Your interval between invoice numbers should be 19 and not 10. The 10th (random) number (660+10=670) would just be your starting point to which you add 19 in order to identify the next invoice # in the sequence. e.g. 670, 689, 708, etc. Otherwise (3002-650= 2352) if you divide 2352 by 10 you get 235.2 sample units and not the roughly 120 unit desired sample size.
