- I am a purveyor of musical instruments (among many other things). This is a rather raw video from my tour of the Yamaha Guitar factory in Hamamatsu , Japan. They make fantastic instruments!

Probably the most underrated guitar brand ever , right from entry level to red label , I've never seen a yamha guitar which disappoints
Why Japanese custom Yamaha's are some of the best in the world.
Very fine work done by Japanese craftsman
I just found a FG340 ll in a Goodwill store for 150 dollars , it was missing a string....it is from 1985 , in perfect condition ! Made in Japan with Yamaha tuners made in Japan. I put a new set of bronze 80/20 's , sounds amazing and being fully bound it is beautiful . Amazing craftsmanship. Looking in side the sound hole is a feast for the eyes , perfect joiner work. So tight !
Love my two Yamahas!!!
u know u gonna see some fire handmade shit when u see some green machines

Yamaha Guitar
great consistency
I have an FG 350 D from the 1980s. Got it used, directly from Japan. I consider it a masterpiece. The sound, and action, and yes, its stunning beauty... Wow.
I am getting a FG5 Red Label, made in this shop.
Very Dedicated Employee's . 🏅✨✨✨✨✨✨🎼🎼🎼🎼🏆
Really hope these folks are doing okay now, they must've been hit pretty hard by covid these days. World-class work they do for musicians.
Wow they work real fast in that factory! 🙃 Thanks for posting this, it confirms that the SA2200 is actually made in Hamamatsu (and not wherever the internet claims it would be made this week)!
I bought a Yamaha FGX5 Red Label just as Covid hit, took about 8 months to get but it’s awesome ❤❤❤
Have an LL36 on order. 4 months so far…hopefully will arrive in September.
And yes these guitars will give you absolute bang for your buck maybe more
Looks pretty hand made to me
There was a 3 part video here in youtube also from the Hamamatsu factory. It's sort of "deleted" maybe, couldn't find it anywhere here in yt.
Hey Bradley, the CNC that was carving the guitar necks, are they also for the L series as well, because I saw in an earler video that they hand carved those necks, just curious.
