Deep cleaning and preserving a treadle base

As part of our renovations, I am repurposing a treadle sewing machine as a sink base.

Oh, I can't wait to see that. It's gonna be so cool. And I think that would be a great top for the sink area. I like the original details on it. It looks really nice.
