By using local ingredients and herbs. Traditional Thai food is boiled and curry, pounded like Somtam. Even Pad Thai and Pad Krapao were developed from Chinese stir-frying. These foods have become the most familiar Thai national dishes to foreigners.😂

Drinking beer with ice is the worst but it is unavoidable because Thailand is hot climate country. You can request an ice bucket to cool beer bottles without putting ice in the glass. (Some restaurants also serve with frozen beer glasses). Bon Appétit.

We eat Thai food with spoon and fork, not with chopsticks ( that’s Chinese or Japanese food) except noodle dishes. And we eat everything with rice. Eating Thai dishes without rice is like you eat pasta sauce without the pasta, the taste is too strong.
