Thank you, Sophie, this was VERY helpful. I have a pricing list but I'm going to get it out now and revise it. You make so many good points that I never thought of!

What is a sensible pricerange between different painting-seize-groups? Between small and a large size group?
    Thank you.

Hi Barbara, Yes, I would use this formula to get your smallest and largest prices, then break it dow into even incremental steps in between. Keep is super simple!

Great helpful advice once again! My dilemma is I sell my work in a local shop who takes commission. I I I also share a little gallery with other artists we don’t pay commission just share the rent and give up one day a week to run it. It’s in the same town. Do I keep the exact same prices in both? Thank you

Hi Amanda, Great question 🙋‍♀️ So, you want to make sure that you have one clear price across the board; and it works for you no matter what costs/commission etc comes out of that. Sometimes you’ll make less and sometimes more..😉😍

Make sure it covers the cost, add 2 months rent. Done.
