i dont think you can judge a powermove battle just because of clean rounds. RM did much more high level power, he should win!
its hard to keep that level in a whole competition and with 3 rounds in the final and even though he messed up he didnt totally crash. if you save yourself and continue i dont think it should count as a loss. people are too obsessed with crashing these days. thats why everybody finnish their sets with wack two hand freezes or baby face-freezes. people are scared to take risks and that sucks.
and if its just about cleaness people can just do windmill-flare and win.

edit: if you do flare windmill and crash of course its fucked up but i think its more forgiving to do real one handed airflare to real one handed airflare to flare and mess up :P
