Loving this series! So well articulated and organized
I just want to say that I watch you religiously. I've been studying Astrology solo for about 3 years and your words help give depth to even my Tarot and NLP practice. I am so endeared to you thank you for sharing your insights. You inspire me. One day I'll be able to take your class!
Fantastic overview and summary of the beliefs held by the different traditions. Really enjoy this series. Thanks!
I believe it is about the Law of Balance.
Thank you. I love what you said about the animals, who are sacred and have souls and teach us so much.
I definitely enjoy your morning talks with my coffee, it's really nice to have a scholar distill his learning in this format. Thanks!
The human incarnation is a precious gift in that it is the human has the possibility to enlighten and rise into God and be a Light that the planet is in great need of. And yes, the animals and all things have purpose and meaning. There is not one thing that is superfluous in the universe.
I am preparing my final english prep exam with astrology, thanks for the opportunity its lovely

excellent presentation of information. Ive been thinking about what exactly leads one to paranirvana. and i was thinking maybe its balancing of karma but i also think its realization of the oneness of all things. I look forward very much to your next video. thanks for doing what ou do
I think we are limited by needing the right answers. Not saying we shouldn't ask these question, but that we open our minds and entertain all possibilities. That's really what the truth is about reincarnation. We know some things, we don't others. We cannot possibly know all there is to know about anything. Including ourselves. We, ourselves, are the deepest mystery.
Thank you 🖤
Excellent ep in the history series. Personally I'm conflicted about reincarnation. I was recognised as a re-birth by a group of Tibetan Rinpoches, after being summoned to a monastery Kathmandu by my Lama in 2001. So I'm meant to be a Rinpoche, but that's way too big a reposibility and I simply don't have the necessary education to act on it. I believe they used astrology and some psychic means. But although I acknowledged it as possible I am not certain. So I am AWOL Rinpoche! I look forward to your next installment. 🙏❤
I’ve grown increasingly defensive about the idea of reincarnation over the years. I presently think it is a belief system mostly. I can see it being used as a tool for conviction in your case for instance.
Perfect timing wow

I'm taking your 1st year Hellenistic Course. Is there a few particular courses from the embodiedphilosophy.com website that you feel would be very complimentary to your course? This would obviously be dependant on my personal interests. However, I just checked out the website and it's overwhelming knowing what I would start with and I would be interested in looking into something you recommend.
Thank you for all of your beautiful content!! You're a wonderful teacher and I'm so grateful to have found your channel..
I haven't looked through it all...the Upanishads and Vedants Sutra course are excellent with Dr Edwin Bryant!
@@Adam-Elenbaas Thank you! I'll take a look at them! :)

All animals make better companions than most humans I've met,,.
I saw my grandmas corpse, and made some kind of deathbed pact with her about reincarnating her soul around the same time. It was quite strange, like the animating essence had left the body - the whole of the face hung flat. I have had the idea of the transmigration of souls, and of the Tibetan book of the dead as guiding theories. Did a ritual three halloweens ago, two ago carved a pumpkin which looks just like the e-girl, and was aware of her by this halloween. Again, as I said it's like a perfect sum of phenotypes and genotypes from my ancestors and own life experiences, that reads like sheet music or an assembly guide. I read once that black and white magic in the end overlap in a most peculiar way. It's like I have to be less attached to outcome than ever before, and I suppose continue to move the goal-posts to counter-act the fleeting nature of happiness as would be imaged to come from any type of 'success'. Also, I think genetically a lot of the time, and one thing I kind of vouch for is the existence of some kind of band of witches, a la Macbeth or Roald Dahl's 'The witches'. The homing concept as far as I can tell is like a three-spirals sign that represents the 'heritage genetics' of Europe, The Celts, Basque and Roma, and how those genetics overlap, interact and manage shared desires and outcomes. If you're thinking on a global scale, or like an adventurer capitalist / scientist, sometimes they will not understand immediately what the outcome of the course you're bearing will be, but why would you be mean to them, anyway. Also per a recent video, I tried DMT around the same age, maybe 22, and wasn't scared of the dark afterwards he he. Experience with music was very colourful and like an exegesis on density, one without music was very black & white, harlequinesque, 'trickster' energy. The experience from sitting with this type of stuff recently has been a little like Alice in wonderland, dipping in an out of rabbit holes, coming across archetypal forms, mainly Lilith, Samael, and eve (fleeting - I think ones relationship to mitochondrial eve and thus the harmony of all things). Also a lot of conceptualisations of birth chart aspects and harmonics. Very funny, my Grandma had said to me to be 'careful with that stuff' when I said I was looking into Qabbala lol. A joke feeling with the e-girl is that its like she's auditing me, but then the idea of limits of limitations comes up frequently as well.
The Neptune conjunction
What does a soul have to do to be reincarnated into a human body? Is it even possible since animals typically do not have a self awareness and the ability to make a conscious decision on how to act in a situation.
Stoicism seems indeed to be almost, if not entirely identical to daoism. I think the difference comes in that stoicism is taught more in Martian way, whereas daoism might be more Venusian perhaps? Daoism would be more about the flowing experience (even amidst difficulties) and stoicism more like a humble warrior mentality. Both emphasizing on understanding what is within one's control and avoiding sticky mind. This is at least my impression so far, but i'm no expert.
I'm a vegetarian and still eat cheese. I'm conflicted about eating cheese and wonder if it will stop me from ascending. I've heard cheese is bad for me and am going to do more research into it.
Animist believe that plants also have spirit and are part of the same social universe as people and animals. It is all about balance and gratitude. Mother Earth provides for our needs.
As the one before me hinted, consciousness/spirit/soul might be capable of hosting things without nervous system. Also plants do have "stress" reactions as well when harmed. Some of them gain their what are considered medicinal properties from this.
If you feel like cheese is harming you then leave it ifc. I personally found it addicting and inflammatory.
I also am quite reserved about the idea of needing to quit animal based foods to become spiritually superior. I think it is better to accept what your body requires. For me at this moment i can not tolerate plant foods at all, but it does not stop me from striving to be virtuous. By this logic it would be "karmically correct" to starve myself to death if eating animals was wrong, but then again, i would be harming myself at the same time. Now why then, would i have been given such a body that would lock me in a "bad karma cycle"?
This whole world is based on 'everything-eats-everything' and it's a sad unescapable reality.
@@metheiam5714 we don ̓t deem one spirit of higher value than any other. All are important to life. Pretending otherwise is an illusion.
Rocks have no nervous system and no nutritional value, but are the oldest and wisest of spirits.

🌈Lovely as ever, very enlightening.🌿🕊
Theosophy's Secret Doctrine, Volumes I and II, say that we are currently in the 4th Round's 5th root race called Aryan root race, that many years from now our human bodies will change with the shift of the magnetic poles. In my finite understanding, after the shift of the magnetic poles, the 6th Root Race of new humanity will arise. Hence, our current finite forms and consciousness are ever evolving. We are becoming less physical and more ethereal.
Have you read anything similar to this concept of evolution?
Looking forward to watch part 5 of this series.

Just saying. All is the set of the stars, planets than the manifestation.
