Taking place in the summer of 2016, in beautiful Southern California, this game showcases the best girls softball players in the country. Live on ESPN, with celebrity coaches, there is no better single amateur softball game in the world.

Anyone else watching this in 2019 when all of these girls go to D1 schools like Sis Bates, Dejah Mullpola, Bubba nickels, And Miranda Elish I don’t know any of them personally but I’m so proud of them and I strive to be as good as them and be able to play for a D1 school myself ❤️🥎❤️🥎

I saw this game when it was on TV it was so good. Amazing to take all of these players and put them together. Then put them on TV had to be nerve racking. Especially for a pitcher.

Number 19 Madilyn Nickels came clutch for UCLA. We're happy to have her!! And now she's in Oklahoma for the Woman's College World Series... she's going to have a great career.
i had knee surgery and went to a ga softball game in 4th grade, i remember my favorite part was when ciara bryan came up to me personally and talked to me. it gave me so much inspiration to be just like her bc she made me feel so happy to play softball.
I applaud the first basemen for East that's wearing a face mask.

So fun to watch this in 2021! Some of these girls are now very well known and doing big things! Jessie Harper tied for 2nd most home runs in her college career as an Arizona wildcat and now plays professional softball. Dejah Mulipola is arguably the best catcher in the country and is now headed to the Olympics with team USA! Sis Bates had a phenomenal college career as well. Bubba Nickles is a team USA member with Dejah and is just so versatile.
I hope that the US team makes it to the olimpics and the girls did really good
They automatically qualify. The only thing in question is who will be on the roster representing our country!

VANYA BARRAGAN these girls are not the national team but they will be playing for college teams next year. The national team which goes to the Olympics is made up of college level girls and older.
Our woman's teams destroyed everyone in the Olympics almost in every sport, why are our woman's soccer team so much better than our men's team in comparison to their respective competition?

Sometimes it is harder to follow through because the ball is larger/heavier and it doesn't go as far. It doesn't bounce back as well as baseballs do, sometimes the ball bounces the bat
When they are in the left hand box and they run up and don’t finish, that’s called slapping th goal is just to get on base bc they are fast. Any other situation they finish there swing.

In my opinion, I think Softball is a harder sport to play then baseball because and also I play softball but, I think it's harder because first the catcher doesn't have any cushioning while catching- but in baseball the baseball catcher does and second because in baseball the mound is farther so the batter has more time to react unlike in softball they have less time to react. And consider that I hit 3 homeruns in softball carrer 2 soo far, so I think Girls are just dominating softball

Their colors on their jerseys were opposite colors
Every West coast batter who slapped at the ball for base hits were out of the batters box when they got the hit making each one an out. S9 no three runs in the first inning. Plus why wasn't this played in a neutral field? They have umps on every base to keep it fair but miss all the cheating on the field and advantages for the West coast team. I don't have an issue with which team wins but keep it fair, and keep it within the rules. T9 bad I'm only in the too third and this game is already not worth watching.
