I want the girls to get as close to plate as possible espcailly coming into touarments when they already had some already. ususally rec ball I wouldn't call something that far out. either... if its hittable and around the zone yes. your encorge to have liberal zone

I have watched this pitcher play a lot in the Houston area. Her fastball has a natural left to right break similar to a screw ball for a RHP. Matthew Lawson remember it is where the ball crosses the plate NOT where the catcher catches it. Daniel Stride if you ever watch A class softball you'll start to see movement in the pitches.
I'm not the greatest pitcher, but my fastball has a natural drop. And the way I throw my change up, it curves downward towards the left from the pitchers point of view. Right side for the catcher

hayley So that means that these teams are not the best the 10U teams in the country. Any 10U team with 8 year olds playing is a C class team. Also, the kids are not the issue. Teaching proper mechanics is the coaches job. Need better coaches.
I agree but they tried there hardest and for such young athletes they have done amazing. Pitchers mechanics were good but a few strikes that were called were balls, fielding had a few errors but when I was at a national tournament I made a few too due to nerves. I think although they don’t have best mechanics they still did a good time and over their pre teen years they will improve but you can’t expect such young kids to have great mechanics
I admire your dedication to not only trashing 9 & 10 yr olds, but actually logging in to UA-cam to do it publicly. You can't coach that kind of dedication 👏
