+VICKYLOGAN I am not a fan of wigs at all, but you make this wig look so natural and flawless, Vicky! I was sold on the wig until I read the negative reviews on the wig in the comments. I would be too upset if I ordered this wig and it is not what was presented on this channel. The wig is too expensive to receive a bad product. Do you know if the issues with this wig have been resolved?
+Yvette S I've talked to myfirstwig numerous times and they've said out of the hundreds of orders received only a handful got bad ones. But to my understanding they have changed stylists and are making sure each one is styled as described!!

Does your own hair left out at the edges need to be straightened (naturalista)? I haven't straightened my own hair in 6 months because of heat damage that caused my 3rd big chop
I just bought the wig and it looks nothing like this. Even if I wanted to tuck the hair behind the ear you can see the loose parts. I got a call about the wig told them and all they said was take it to a hair dresser to fix the length . I like it but it is way to long

I recently bought this wig and like some of the ladies have commented it does not look like the wig in this video. The hair is very stiff and there were no layers. My wig also had several short pieces of hair on the top. I am not happy with it and will be returning it.

I had the same experience of short hairs on top. The wig hair I received was soft, but it is very bulky and there were no layers. I already cut the lace, so I cannot return it. Hopefully the other Vicky Logan wig I brought is much better (curly version with bangs).

I just received this wig and I'm excited about trying it out. What did you use to wash this hair. Did you put layers in the wig because it mine doesn't have any layers in it like I thought it would?
Are there no layers at all...not even around the bangs?
No the unit I received had no layers, the bang was long. I'm disappointed because I really like the bob that Vicky has because of the layers in it.
see how perfect this is no fly away. ordered a wig from my first wig but didn't look anything like the picture. the told me to use gel on the top of the wig to hold all the standing her after paying so much for it.

I bough it... it didnt look like this after I washed it but i got it a little layered and flat ironed and it is perfect. My wig was NOT stiff... very natural.. but the hair is quite dense (which is worth the price paid when you think about it).... Im natural and i slicked down my edges, threw it on... and boom... perfect.

I bought this wig and unfortunately it looks nothing like this after I washed it. By then I cut the lace off and couldn't return it. The hair is so stiff no matter what I do. If I bend my head down or turn to the side the hair stays and moves like a helmet. I've tried different shampoos, conditioners, air drying, blow drying, NOTHING fixes how terrible and bulky this wig actually looks. I cannot be the only one. Maybe I got a bad one. Whatever the case, I'm not pleased. Just wanted to give a heads up to those considering spending $270 on this unit.

You're not the only one. I also bought this wig and it looks nothing like the wig Vicky puts on it. It's wayyyy too thick and dense too much hair on it compared to hers in the video. It looks very wiggy there is nothing you can do to make it look cute.
