can someone explain me what is the two lines beside bend line is? evrytime i unfold my model. i know it's not my bend raduis width.

Hey John, make sure that the 'merge faces' option is deselected in the flat pattern PropertyManager. To do that, open the part, then right click on the flat pattern and choose 'edit feature'. Hope this helps!
