I actually watch all of your videos. According to my view, your work intelligence is really amazing, however its not a big deal when the needs of the house becomes minimalistic. There starts a challenge when the area becomes compact and the needs of the house becomes huge!!! Your firm is almost working on the compact spaces, thats good! But the one and only drawback is that you make videos with 3D's and annimations.... This is the only thing you wanted to upgrade is that, you must post the walk-in videos of your projects...

I loved the design, I need similar one for 30x 90 plot, with no office, 3 bed room, drawing, Hall, kitchen with hidden storage space, washing area, swimming pool. Basement Hall of 30 x 50. Well ventilated with sunlight the way it is. Mandatory front yard of 10 and backyard of 15.
The first floor with 2 BHK balconies and terrace . The plot is open from front and back only and not from sides. Need similar kind plan.

Your mentioned build cost would be 65 lac for 2800 sq feet, which is around 2300 per sq feet, isnt it too much, here rate varies from 1000-1500

Brother my house is 50by80 farmhouse and persquarr cost is around 3000-4000rs this one is cheap and also you can compare it to my house.😁😃but it has 5bkh and 4car parking and 2maidroom and garden etc.

Instead use outdoor furniture, usually safe, light weight cushions to keep in utility area when not using!!

Can you please do it for 2400sqft with glass covered swimming pool in 1st floor just above car parking, changing room, gym, small garden in ground floor, 3 or more bedroom all same just like master bedroom of this video, garden, hall, dining and kitchen. Also please try to make at least a master bedroom in ground floor please if possible. You can extend to any number of floors but please please make this video.
