    Ingredients for Ajwain Soup (ज्वानो को झोलको लागि सामग्री):
    Ghee - घी
    Ajwain (Jwano) - अजवाइन (ज्वानो)
    Fenugreek - मेथी (फेनुग्रीक)
    Garlic paste - लसुनको पेस्ट
    Rice flour - चामलको पिठो
    Turmeric - हल्दी
    Cumin powder - जिरा पाउडर
    Salt (to taste) - नमक (स्वादानुसार)
    Water - पानी
    Steps:
    1. Heat the pan on high flame.
    2. Add 4 tablespoons of ghee to the pan and allow it to melt.
    3. Once the ghee is melted, add 3 ounces of ajwain (Jwano) and heat until it turns brown.
    4. Next, add 1/4 tablespoons of fenugreek and heat until it turns black.
    5. Now, add rice flour and garlic paste to the pan and stir well.
    6. Mix in 1/4 tablespoons of turmeric, and salt according to your taste preferences.
    7. Add 1 tablespoon of cumin powder to the mixture and stir properly for 2 minutes.
    8. Pour 2 glasses of water into the pan and stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
    9. Allow the mixture to boil for 5 minutes.
    10. Once boiled, the Ajwain Soup is ready to eat.
    चरणहरू:
    1. उच्च आगमा पानी तात्नुहोस्।
    2. पानमा ४ बडा चमच घी राख्नुहोस् र यसलाई पिघलाउनुहोस्।
    3. घी पिघलेको छ भने, त्यसलाई पानमा ३ औंस अजवाइन (ज्वानो) राख्नुहोस् र यसलाई भूरो हुने समय सम्म तात्नुहोस्।
    4. अर्को, पानमा १/४ चमच मेथी राख्नुहोस् र यसलाई कालो हुने समय सम्म तात्नुहोस्।
    5. अब, पानमा चामलको पिठो र लसुनको पेस्ट राख्नुहोस् र मिलाउनुहोस्।
    6. १/४ चम्च हल्दी र २ वटा स्वाद अनुसारको नमक थप्नुहोस्।
    7. १ चम्च जिरा पाउडर मिलाउनुहोस् र २ मिनेटको लागि राम्रो अचम्म गर्नुहोस्।
    8. पानी २ ग्लास राख्नुहोस् र लुट्न थाल्नुहोस्।
    9. लम्पट बनाउनका लागि मिलाउनुहोस्, तात्न र सिममा राख्नुहोस्।
    10. एक पटक फुटाउनको लागि ५ मिनेटको लागि पर्ख्याउनुहोस् र तयार छ।
