I love this band. not only because they're one of the best in their genre, but the way that they mixed 90's metal and modern metal/metalcore music together is just amazing. this song particularly has Pantera's Domination "spirit" in it - at 3:58 you can see how the riff sounds so similar to Panthera's song . I'm not saying that they are 100% similar ( even if they were that also wouldn't be a problem since Bullet covered "Domination" in their Poison album back in 2005 ) but clearly Matt Tuck was huge fan of the band too and he was heavily influenced by bands like that. Metallica, Pantera, Megadeth - amazing bands as well ^__^

This band got me into metal. This song was on Guitar Hero back then and among others I just played it up and down until I could do it blind. Not much later 16 y.o. me bought a guitar and started playing. At 30 now I may still suck as a guitarist but I love that Riff, especially the "OVER THE TOP" part. Just feels glorious, man.

I d say it s for the best that you re still here, there s always more hope for improvement if you re alive than if you re not. There are still things to do or enjoy even if they are small.
(Ngl im kinda clumsy with words and that kind of things but i know from experience that the smallest things can mean a lot. Really hope you can find stuff to hang on to even thought it s probably not gonna be butterflies and rainbows everyday. Dont stay alone (yeah lockdown and all that. Easier sais than done but there s still video calls or dedicated groups and random communities)
And caring s not much i am always happy to « help » (cuz honestly my only skill is getting water to boil) or make someone smile a bit.

This song was my first exposure to BFMV due to my friend's Guitar Hero playlist. I was pretty amazed. This song doesn't get old. Later releases haven't reached the same level for me.
Bro this shit was revolutionary for me as a kid playing guitar hero, definitely broadened my musical taste. I’m 22 now, still a kid but there’s no new music coming out that tops this.
