- Memorable acting performances on the small or big screens have given us countless memories that have brightened our lives and made them more joyous. These actors will forever be a big part of our lives, even though we barely know them.
But connections are made in so many ways, and memorable screen performances are one of them. It’s why when actors die that it can live a void in our lives that is hard to describe and comprehend.
In 2018 among the actors we have lost are Austin Powers’ Verne Troyer, Bond girl Eunice Gayson, and comedienne Charlotte Rae. In honor of all the actors we’ve lost this year, here’s a look back at their lives, careers, and deaths.

I'm usually not moved when some actor dies (I mean, I do feel sad but since I don't know them in real life, I'm not as sad as if someone who I know personally has passed away) but Stefán Karl's death has hit me really hard. I saw some of the videos of Him which were recorded at the time when He was already diagnosed with cancer. Man, He was such a warrior. He seemed to be so positive, so optimistic despite His illness. He will be missed. :(

Stefán Karl Stefánsson was also very famous here in Iceland, everyone knows who he is and not just from Lazytown. He has acted in many theatrical plays. He can act in every genre but he is most well known for his physical comedy. He is often compared to Rowan Atkinson and many other great comedy actors. He is now in heaven under the wings of Angels and among God.
