Hosea and Katie, I care about you both, a health issue I observed and have personal experience with to be taken very seriously, nearly killed me. Katie you may have a serious blood sugar imbalance. I lost many loved ones to blood sugar deaths/comas. Hosea, when you get most frustrated with Katie is usually when her blood sugar is plummeting, she starts slurring her speech, talks incoherently, talking without being able to listen These are actually warning signs that her blood sugar is dropping dangerously. She may need to increase her raw fruit and vegetable fiber, 6-8 cups a day ,in a salad helps, throw it into a smoothie. Also increasing protein helps. It comes from the irish/viking heritage. When we go low sugar or restricted calories on a strict diet the hormones that regulate blood sugar plummet dangerously .I'm seeing and hearing these signs in our sweet Katie. You may need to carry a banana or oranges around with you guys .Love you both!
Jose when I go to Sarasota in the end of August I already know what Hotel I'm staying at we staying around Siests Key not on the beach tho it's 8 mins away so it close to the Beach the reason we staying at that Hotel is because it was a good deal and not that expensive the hotels on the beach was expensive but the hotel I'm staying at is nice tho and it's 20 mins away from the Airport

You’re speaking my language, “blah blah blah blah blah.” Sarasota has many more beautiful and landscaped routes. If it smells bad it’s probably red tide. It kills the fish and sea creatures and they stink.

Your right Lakewood Ranch is nice but way out by 75 - Its too far - If your in Florida its all about the beaches- Or why bother
