Dear, 1- You can also go to web portal of indian railway and book a platform ticket.
2-you can take the ticket from the counter also if not taken from this machine in the video.
3- in case of any emergency u can always talk to the staff/police on the gate and they will help u in such emergency situation, fir bhi pakde gaye to 250-300/- ka hi fine hai.
