I never saw him pitch a decent game; he was like batting practice the only time I ever saw him in person against Kansas City. He went to the showers early after giving up 7 runs by the fourth inning. He threw one sinker after another that came in belt high. The opposite thing happened with Jim Slaton, who looked like Don Drysdale every time I saw him pitch.
