  • The San Antonio Missions National Historical Park is an incredible look at the five San Antonio missions including the Alamo, a Texas landmark. The Missions are free to explore, are close together, and can be enjoyed in a three hour span. The Alamo is right next to San Antonio's Riverwalk, but if you can only fit time for one other, make it Mission San Jose, as there is much to see there! Several of the Missions still hold regular church services. This San Antonio National Park should be on your bucket list for sure!

Mission Concepcion was stunning with that wooden door. Had no idea that the Alamo was previously a mission. That walkway with the open wood beams was so pretty along with the walls with the concrete sculptures built in. Man amazed by how beautiful it is. Have driven through San Antonio so many times but never stopped.

What an incredible journey through history. I was in San Antonio a few years ago and did the Alamo and River Walk but didn't even know about the rest of them.

Thank You so much! Yes definitely put San Antonio on your bucket list. I was really blown away with the Missions! We got in to see three of them, although you can't film inside the Alamo for obvious reasons. I appreciate your feedback on our videos as well, Thank You again! Blessings!

Wow these are beautiful! It always amazes me how well these buildings were made back then. Such simple architecture that is so beautiful and gets more beautiful as the building ages. Beautiful footage Tom! Have to agree Mission San Jose was gorgeous!

I wish I could have filmed inside of The Alamo, but out of respect for all who died on those grounds, they don't allow it, which is an Awesome reason! Really deep to walk in their and think about the history!!

My parents took me to the Alamo 45yrs ago., and I remember they wouldn't let you take pics inside. It was really cool, even for a young boy. By the way, did you ask to see the basement?
