I so enjoy all your videos, but this Celtic knot is, by far, one of my favorites. More Celtic knots, please! Thanks for sharing your incredible talent and superb teaching skills.

Out of all the videos I have seen on braid tying, you have the best clearest videos ever.... I sincerely mean that, you clearly show each step by step, one just can not go round, braiding just can not get any clearer, or simpler than the way you demonstrate it. Fantastic job! Thank you. Special request, If at all possible, would you please demonstrate/make a video, on how to tie an 8 strand round braid. That would be greatly appreciated sir! Thank you. Kind Regards.....

I made a necklace with this knot, but using a thiner cord, only problem is my cats love the way it move when I'm weaving it, so I have to juggle a little, but you're tutorials are so easy to follow that not even like that I loose track of what you're doing. You're great. Thank you for sharing all your videos :)

OK...you're a genius! I've been messing around with paracord for a bit as part of my occupational therapy to maintain my dexterity as I have MS. I was getting so bored with the usual bracelets etc until I saw your vids. Thanks so much for such clear demonstrations and beautiful knots! xxx Emma O

Just spent two hours trying to make it symmetrical. I'm quitting now before I become obsessed. 10/10 would OCD again.

I'd like some tips on length of cord to use, especially a conversion for different weights of cord. I just made this as a necklace using a knitted i-cord and it took about 4 feet :)

I'd like you to demonstrate some ideas of how the knots can be made into necklaces or bracelets. Thanks!

550 works just fine. I use 550 for all of my stuff even though I have the option for 450. Personally I think 550 ties a little bit better (seems smoother). But I think it all comes down to personal preference.

Just tied this knot and it looks really good, even though i had to use 550 paracord as i just can't seem to find 450 for sale in the UK. (if anyone knows where i can get 450 in UK i'd be grateful.)

How would you finish this off? Just tie a knot on both ends and hope it doesn't come undone?

  • @AAAlvarezXIII

One question, when you mention a certain amount of feet does that mean you should have a couple of inches of paracord left, when you're finished with any knot, bracelet or keychain :?

Is this the same kind of cord used for macrame? I saw some at goodwill, but didn't know what to use it for...

i'm sure you get this all the time, but where do you get your paracord? i've been looking around and all it says is 'buy it online' which i Can do, i'd just rather go and buy my own in a store somewhere, any thoughts?

That music is so stressful. There have been much prettier songs for the other fusion knots. It would be nice to have something more Celtic.
