    Learned a lot from Dave's website of how to put some longevity conscious habits into practice. Please bring back Dave for more questions! Interesting stuff.

    I am also really interested in gardening. Cheaper, better and you can controll it. Makingt it efficient regarding time + costs + amount of harvest could be a intersting topic

    Good episode but i think it will ve better if you will let the guest talk a bit more.
    You were doing most of the talking in many parts of the conversation.

    Looking good for your age, you forgot to mention the cosmetic procedures done to also look the way u do. No frown lines, botox is doing a very good job.

      Haha! I will take those complements anytime. Never tried botox, but I have used exosomes on my face and I have avoided sun exposure on my face for the last 30 years.

      I think many 60 yrs old are not as active as him. The 60 yr olds I know have body issues. Bad knees, bad backs, overweight, and is in pain from simple task

      I agree. In person he is fit and has great energy. Doesn’t seem like other 60 year old men I meet.

      @@luiscarlosmaciel6980 I didn't notice that, but with the facial hair, it's harder to tell because I wasn't watching that closely. But that's often vaccine injury. He did say that he'd been vaccinated for everything under the sun.
