Not sold on the game but love this combo of Jeremy and Jesse, now we need a vlog of them camping and getting juiced up in the desert.

The boss fight looked insanely good. Like actually the best boss fight I have ever seen in a sidescroller of any kind.
I'd also like to regrettably & tentatively congratulate a Ubisoft studio (of all people) on making an actual videogame for the first time in 10+ years.

Yes.
The long red grass looks too much like long, deadly spikes! I 100% would have avoided those platforms for the whole game if I hadn't just noticed Jesse cut them down with his sword.
I also thought they were spikes when he first went past them. When he came back and jumped onto them, I genuinely thought "Did his hand spasm?" for a split second before he landed and was not mutilated.
This game is absolute fire
Well, this is going on the to play list. Shame it's not on Steam, but not a show stopper.
Was super worried this would be a direct rip-off of Metroid Dread given games like Immortals Fenyx Rising, but this looks fairly unique actually (at least enough to not be an absolute clone)
It honestly feels like a love letter to a lot of the great Metroidvania's we've gotten recently. You can see a lot of different influences.

Not on Steam is so dumb, what are they playing at? This is the perfect Steam Deck game, but I refuse to play it anything but natively through Steam. I guess I need to wait two years. They must be losing a fortune.

Not buying/playing Games form EA and Ubisoft for years. I don't even pirate them... I would wish more people would stop running after every marketing hint they can throw their money at.
