Anyway, 2023 was a weird year for me and whisky took a little bit of a back seat. Regardless, there's still plenty of good stuff I gave a go!

The Aberdeen Whisky Shop's single cask bottling of a 10yo Glen Garioch last year was to die for. It was all rich caramel and toffee apples with a creamy texture, simply delightful. I hope 2024 is a vast improvement on 2023 for you.

My personal whisky of 2023 is an 15yo Inchfad by Dram Mor with an Amontillado Sherry Finish

Great to hear that you're feeling better, and here's to 2024 being nothing like 2023. Glad to hear that 2024 is kicking 2023 to the curb. I hope things continue to trend towards the better. I finally got my hands on a bottle of Raasay whisky, since no one over here was importing it for quite a while. Picked up their gin as well - both were quite tasty. That said, the one I keep circling back to is Orchard House. Always hots the spot.
