I just typed this, but it fits here................. and its my truth. i felt that way so many times and i still feel it when it comes to my camera. i am serious. to film such a small surface while you paint and then explain too is so hard sometimes i wonder why the heck i try and i understand why so many put their videos all cut up without explanation and only music playing....why they dub over their videos... it takes the 'life' out and the fails out, the long pauses while you find glitter or polish etc..... ......but i seem that i turned a corner and staying in frame seems a bit easier and that exactly how it is with roses or daisies or foil......you just play with it over and over and over until one day you go...wow....that LOOKS LIKE A ROSE and you do the second one and it does too!!!!!! then...................bam. you can paint a tiny rose on anything, anywhere and NO ONE can take that from you...and you can make money doing it....so, please dont give up and know that i struggle too!!!!! i just nailed the art part of it after years of practice!!!!!!! huge hug ps. your screen name made me lol ;D

Hi Cynthia, I’ve never seen Robin use gels on here as it defeats her goal of what she teaches, but I’d say the french will be in polish, but the actual nail art design is acrylic paint, cheap &easily accessible, (unless you are island bound like me lol) (I’ve often used actual polish for recreating Robins designs as I’ve not always been able to get the paints, but while it’s a tad trickier, as you have to work faster, you can get similar results) hope this helps, Robin often asks for her long term followers to help with Qs, as she’s a busy gal! 💓

I do! I do not teach acrylic online until my channel grows because it is to difficult to answer all of the questions and have a full time job plus do UA-cam as well! As soon as I can I will teach it though because I believe they're is room to learn the way I do it here on UA-cam!
