Rest in peace Dickie and Charlie. your music will live on.
Charlie Daniels and Dickie RIP they don't make them like that anymore.
When Dickey took the solo you immediately knew who the master was. RIP Dickey.
Dickey don’t saw on the fiddle and Charlie can lay it down too
To me Charlie wiped all the others with his playing.
Wish Tommie Crain had been there. Guy was wicked.
Two of the best ever to play real music 🎶 🎵 rip brother Charlie and dicky and brother Taz there won't never be great music like this again
R. I. P. Dickey.
Thank you for all the extraordinary ear candy, great memories, countless huge ear to ear smiles, and full on belly laughs.
The unexpected keyboard solo blues
Betts and Charlie on guitar... yes sir.. life is good ! Two of the greatest !
I'm a big fan of Charlie Daniels and Dickie Betts. Great musicians. May Charlie Daniels rest in peace. Cheers, Joe!

Charlie RIP brother youare GBNF...
Dickey crushing it as usual. 2015 he was still at a high level. I never thought the end would of came in 2024.
RIP...... beautiful blues.....
Dickie really squeezing the juice out of it
Fantastic! Miss Duain Gregg Ronnie Johnny Winter Barry Oakley. Keep those Les Paul's coming home 🏠🌄🏁
I certainly have Loved these 2 most of my life.. l can always tell when Richard Betts takes control of his red guitar or any other.. Big man Charlie was so special, a Christian & Countryman who delivered so much love to people,, like us hippie people. So happy to have been blessed to see Charlie before he passed on Birthday# 60+…he passed that following summer. Love them & witnessed them many many times in our prime time❣️🎶💕🎶💕🎶♥️
Great performance by Charlie and Dickey of an Allman Brothers classic.
Pure Gold. I’m so glad to have it.
These guys definitely knew how to throw down.
The south did do it again ! Love the Charlie and Dickie duling guitars such great musicians and add in Chris Wormer making the Allman Brothers Band Proud ! Thank you for posting
I was Very fortunate to see both of these Giants Electrified Amazed and Two of my favorite shows of All time !!!!!!!
Two of the best to ever pick up an instrument. Thanks for recording this. It can never happen again.
Times like this remind me of that old oak tree out back..
Prestigious, Majestic,...
and forever keeping the Eternal Flame of the Soul burning by its natural beauty and wonder
... The south is worth singing about...
Then use the proper pronoun.... South is always capitalized when refering to the place. 'south' is just a compass direction. South is the place. if you are talking the South use the capital. Sorry to teach.... but we need to preserve the South! thanks
Wow! What a performance by these 2 legends. Rest easy Charlie.
that was great. i played a lot of that music back then. Brings back some great memories.
The South has done it again! Outstanding.
This was good. I almost teared up. Dickey and CD both still got it. Not taking anything away from anybody, but just a few years back, Dickey could have played circles around everybody else, who was playing guitar, on this stage. Just saying.
Thanks Joe,...Nothin better than,....The CDB, with, CD and DB!
Forrest Richard Betts. Could listen to him forever.
Great blues performance
that was great. i played a lot of that music back then. Brings back some great memories. Taz was a great guy. Had a few chats with him in Wheeling when they played up here. So sad, a damn car wreck.
To many car wrecks ,W hat are we going to do about it?
Yes he was. I met him in Nashville.
@@donaldnelson6198 Don't drive? lol

Great to hear the father and the voice of Ramblin Man.. Thanks Joe.
They're ALL shreddin'!!!!
ABB knew how to jam that is for sure.
Great post, Joe! Charlie Daniels always championed bands like the ABB, Skynyrd & Marshall Tucker Band. Sad to hear that Betts’ health has declined in recent years & CD is no longer with us. I hope to see any vault interviews you did upon induction.
Thanks Scott….Joe
What? No interview? Oh well, that's okay. What a performance by everyone. Awesome. Thanks Joe.
Rod…if you check our Vault Series you’ll find a older interview I did with Charlie. …. Best, Joe
Right on Joe. I'll check the interview out. I've never seen one that didn't leave me wide eyed, and looking for more material. All the best from here.@@MusiciansHallofFameMuseum

Hey joe, seems like forever since I've seen a video , how all is well , thanks for the great video , 2 of my favorites
Hi Bruce…. Thanks for watching…. Yeah… I had years of interviews which we used up as the “Vault Series” during Covid 19 since we couldn’t do any new interviews but now I only do new interviews when we have the opportunity to interview the kind of people you guys really love to learn about which isn’t that easy to set up. Maybe we’ll get some new interviews again soon but until we’ll keep pulling induction concert clips. Best, Joe
@@MusiciansHallofFameMuseum thanks, I'll certainly miss them, it was one thing that looked forward to during that crazy first year of covid, can't wait til I get out to see the actual museum!!
Great post Joe. I hope you are going to post a few other older induction show clips.
We will Paul….. best, Joe
Taz !
Well I like both Charlie and Dicky this is far from an ABB but I did enjoy watching. Thanks.
I don't know that much about Dickey but i know for sure that Charlie was a PATRIOT too the bone.RIP Charlie.🗽🗽🗽👍👍👍
This was fucking, excellent!!!
Tom… thanks but next time “Frigging” ok:)….. best, Joe
@@MusiciansHallofFameMuseum This is now one of the best music videos on UA-cam; frigging, awesome!
Thanks Tom:)
I really enjoy this kind of jamming which is rare anymore. Keep it up Joe !
Just curious, are any of your guitar stores still open under new management?
Guitar shops long gone Sarge… best, Joe
Southern rock legends don't make'm like that anymore
Hey Joe do you have anything with Dangerous Dan Toler of ABB or Tommie Crain of Charlie Daniels?? Hate wors word underrated but if anyone is it’s those two.Love your channel. Toler replaced Duane in ABB,Played in Great southern With Dickie and Greggs solo band. That’s some rare air.
Fuzzy…. Sorry I don’t…. Thanks as always for supporting us….Joe
Go and watch the video of Southbound with Dan in the lineup. I think it was fun the U of Miami outdoors. 1989,I think. The band was super tight. That might be the best version of this I've ever heard. The video is awesome. Lots of great closeups.
Correction, Jan 1982. I just watched it again for the umpteenth time. Dickey and Dan are on point 100%. No sloppy playing anywhere. They weren't ever sloppy, I guess, but at times they were lethargic, just mailing it in. Drugs. But not in this video. It'll blow you away.
Who is the gentleman on the double necked guitar ? 🎉
Great video Joe!, What is that medal Charlie Daniels has around his neck?
Larry…that’s Charlie’s MHOF Induction medallion. Every inductee gets a medallion and a trophy type award like the Rock hall gives etc. best, Joe
@@MusiciansHallofFameMuseum Ok, thanks
Who is the youngster with the solo?
This was pretty dawg gone good. Look dick dale was in the shadows
A Forrest Richard Betts composition.
Joe, do you still have Charlie’s 68 Tele in your museum?
No Cal…. He needed it for a limited exhibit at the CMHOF a few years ago. I’m not sure if it’s on exhibit anywhere at this time…… Best, Joe
Sounds good but the timing is off a bit
I'm sad.
