Love these sounds, Kat! I feel like your collection could last a salon's waiting room for a lifetime!! You always fo have the best ones in the house :>
Aw, thanks, Ivah! ❤ I think if I ever showed up to doctors' or dentists' offices, offering them my magazine collection to put in their waiting rooms, they'd be afraid people wouldn't be coming in to see them anymore, they'd just go there for the magazines. 😀
My pleasure, Diuna. ❤ It warms my heart to read how much you enjoyed listening to this one. Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. 🤗
just listening to this as i have got into bed just wanted to quickly comment to show appreciation for your constant effort to help peoe relax ❤ goodnight Kat
Hi Kat! 🤗 Can’t wait to enjoy this video tonight. I’m sure the sounds will be stellar. Also, if you’re going to have an addiction, reading is definitely a good choice 🙂. Take care! ❤
@@PoisabloomASMR Oh yes, I'm completely addicted to Poisabloom ASMR videos! Have you seen them? They're amazing! Once you start watching them, you can't stop. Of course, why would I want to? 🙂💜
Having followed your channel for years, I have to say I'm astounded by the size of your magazine collection, Kat. But what I really want to know is how many articles did you pause your sorting to read? 😅
Hey, Patrice! 👋 Yes, my magazine collection is ridiculous. I totally blame UA-cam and this channel. 🙃 It took me 3 hours to film this video, which should give you an idea of how often I paused to read an article... On the subject of reading; I'm leaving on holiday in a couple of days and would love to dive into another Jane Austen novel. I've read Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility and Emma. Any suggestions as to what other novel of hers is a good read?
@PoisabloomASMR I just finished Sense & Sensibility (yet again) yesterday! Our dear Jane only completed 3 other novels (alas!), and they're each a bit different from one another as well as from the 3 you've already read. I love them all, so it depends on your tastes (and, if you're anything like me, your mood). Northanger Abbey lampoons the Gothic Romance craze of Austen's time and it's loads of fun (Henry Tilney is my favorite Austen hero). Persuasion is her most serious work and has a more subdued tone, but also the swooniest love story. Mansfield Park, in my opinion, touches on some of the deepest themes, though it also has its amusing moments. A lot of readers don't like the heroine, Fanny Price, because she's timid and neither witty nor spunky. She has many other fine qualities, though, and I think she's lovely. I really enjoy MP, but people often declare it their least favorite. Many of Austen's books are set in real places, so if your holidays ever take you to England, it's really fun to read the book set in the area you're visiting. I bought a copy of Persuasion from a sweet little bookshop in Lyme Regis, where a significant event in the book takes place. It was thrilling to walk in those same places, and I treasure that copy of Persuasion over the other two I own. And forgive me if you've already mentioned it at some point, but have you read any Georgette Heyer? If not, you must try her books sometime.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, Patrice, and for introducing me to Georgette Heyer. ❤ The literary canon seems to have forgotten all about her, even though she appears to have been the creator of the Regence Romance literary subgenre. Stephen Fry's come out as a huge fan of hers. I found e-book editions of "The Grand Sophy" and "Venetia" and am taking them with me. I'm excited to start exploring the world she's created for us. Thanks again for your recommendations! 🤗 Last year was the year I discovered Dorothy L. Sayers, this year it'll be Georgette Heyer. I'm starting to hope for lots of rainy days on the upcoming trip. 😉
@PoisabloomASMR I first read Dorothy Sayers last year, too! I made it through the first five or six of the Lord Peter Wimsey series. I enjoyed some of them more than others, but I'm also a mood reader, so I can be finicky. 😄 The Grand Sophy and Venetia are both smashing - I hope you enjoy them. Have a lovely holiday!
Hey, sleepy Mikey! 💤 I'm not sure what you mean, is something wrong with the sound in this video? Or do you mean that the sounds made the light go out in your head, which always tends to happen when you watch one of my videos? 🙂
@@PoisabloomASMR I really don’t know how to explain it I think it’s the sound and did you edit as well? But it’s okay, I’m sorry 😊 it could be my phone
No need to apologize, Mikey. I listened to the video again and couldn't hear anything weird. 🤷♀️ Yes, all my videos are edited. Maybe it sounds different because this is not a classic page turning video?

Thanks, Mike! ❤ I get what you mean with the leather association. Now I'm hearing it too! 🙃
Wonderful rustling noises and no talking. I love you all. Thank you for such relaxation.😘🤘🤝🫰
