Ty so much for my healthy sleep. I didn’t know asmr was a thing until about 7 years ago. I used to think something was wrong with me for falling asleep in class when I was in the first grade because of pages turning lol.

This auto-plays after any ASMR video I watch and it's absolutely perfect. I'm usually falling asleeo by the time it plays, and it's quiet, with no speaking, and super long. Though I only ever catch a few minutes consciously, it's been a companion many times as I doze off ❤

This is how I discovered ASMR. I had a roommate that would look at fashion magazines (just like you are doing in this video) and it was so relaxing to me!
My discovery was watching Edward Scissorhands as a kid, the make up scene to cover his scars. Her soft voice made me go all tingly and floppy soooo relaxing. Didn't realise what it was til was older and saw youtube lol x
