Although, what does a 2001 Toyota with 5k miles cost? Hard to put a price on Something old that’s meticulously maintained or barely used so who knows if it’s a good deal other than him 🤷♂️
Great Boat we used to run a Searay 350 out of Marina Del Rey to Catalina on the weekends same engine set up. It's a drinker but it get's you there quick. One thing to keep a eye on if you go over any kelp or debris watch the engine temp . We had a couple times the intake grates under the hull would suck stuff up and get clogged and get it running hotter. Nice thing the grates caught it every time and it's a quick dip in and out and your back on your way. Love the channel, been enjoying it for years. Keep it going. If your ever back Glamping Doodles in Ca I have the Skyline Drive in in Barstow, your always welcome.Cheers!
I would agree what ever he sells it for its gonna be worth it ... I have the same boat 99 first year love it .. its not brand new powered so I could only imagine someone gonna buy this fast
May grandfather had a Sea Ray that he had custom built. Back then they placed a plaque at the helm station identifying the vessel and stating it was custom built and designed for a specific person. He had twin diesel engines and it would boogie when needed. They build very good reliable boats. We always end going out on his and all the trips we took on it (a bunch) it never let us down.
My brother just purchased a 2001 340 for $95k with similar upgrades and a similar fiberglass issue. The price Bobby paid is not unreasonable. Especially with the new remanufactured engines.
#BobbysLifeDoesNotSuck - love the fact that Bobby says that there it has two sleeping compartments and ...under his breath .. they use the 2nd for storage. ... Amanda is a little more forthcoming with the fact that "if this boat is rockin don't come a knockin"...
That is a very nice boat...fresh everything...Great buy and it should be a quick sell. Amanda is gorgeous. Looking forward to the next episodes with this boat.
Bobby, it appears you have mapped out my retirement!!! I have been looking forward to these episodes ever since you said you were buying a smaller cruiser and going island hopping. This boat seems perfect for solo or couples. Add a washer/dryer and it's a perfect live aboard. Maybe in a year or so I can thank you in person.
It's the little things that add up in the end. This boat reminds me of when o bought a range rover lol. Best and worst day of my life. Know exactly what bobby is talking about
We had a 32 Wellcraft St. Tropez when we lived in south Florida. Just a little shorter, but the same style boat. It's the one boat I wish we had kept, and it was perfect for south Florida. The only negative was twin 454's that burned a lot of gas.
I have a 2003 Sea Ray 320 Sundancer that I have owned since 2007 and navigate south of the Washington DC area, your 34 is very similar and hope you enjoy your time on the similar boat!
One thing I'm a little confused about..... Blowers on a boat are to get rid of the flammable gas in the engine compartment to stop explosions. You have to flick a switch for these blowers before turning the key to start the engines. Why on gods earth with all the safety features forced into everyday items would this still be allowed. The blower should be in the turning the key process, engines should not start until a venting procedure is complete. I've seen 1 explosions and 2 aftermaths from this so it must be common as I don't even live in a boating area.
there is also a blower on/off switch at the helm next to the port/starboard start switches. there are two so if you are in the lower cabin you can begin the process before entering the helm.
Bobby, you can certainly tell with Amanda that she has been in front of a camera many times before. I do think that she adds something to the podcasts. Good motoring.
I have a boat just like that and I put a 4500 watt inverter generator on my swim deck which cables into my shore power plug. I added a soft start to my AC. I can run everything on the boat when I’m on anchor overnight and it uses 2 gallons of gas for 10 Hours. My Westerbeke costs a lot if you are running it overnight.
I can feel the soft deck under my feet from my couch. But those are one of my all time favorite boats, came close to buying one in 2011 but passed on it since it was in need of a repower. Was available for under 15k at that time.
Sea Ray makes some of the finest water crafts out there, this Sundancer is very nice. I like the full enclosure. On a lot of sail boats you can't get out of foul weather and I don't like that.
My family owned a 98 33' Sundancer. It is the best boat for days out on the bay. Does not handle rough seas though so be careful. 6-foot ocean swells felt very scary on this boat.
I had a 2005 340 sundancer and cruised the ábacos with no glitches, just calculate your fuel stops carefully. I had mercruiser 8.1s horizons vdrives. Range with a third of a tank in reserve was about 110 nautical miles. Had the boat for 10 years an a 1000+ hours and when sold they had the same compression as when purchased. I still miss her, COVID finances sale
Saw the dark side hatreras docked south of Marco. Suprised you got rid of it. Just sold that same sea ray basically, went bigger. Good luck docking it with wind.
Remember the trim is your friend.. drives all the way down till you get on plane.. then bump up the outdrives to get the bow up and less wetted surface.. and less steer torque…
Nice one Bobby and with the stunning Amanda anything looks fantastic.....on the flotilla in jan and feb will Alina be joining you she is absolutely amazing for the channel and her and Amanda make it awesome to watch..
That is a pretty good business model. Get a decent deal, upgrade it, create videos and memories, sell it for what it cost. No loss for you, no real loss for the buyer.
Great boat Bobby. I am impressed that you so easily and comfortably switch back and forth between sailing and power over the years. I enjoy watching both. If my health would only cooperate, I would like to do something similar. But I am beginning to doubt that will happen.
I used to have a 9827 ft regal with the step hole great boat great on gas but it would blow motors because of that step hole regal learn from their mistakes they don't make that kind of boat anymore and it was a little underpowered it had twins 6 cylinder with regular Volvo SX drives they eventually started putting dual props on them to see if it would help with the step hole it didn't
I’m always nervous about sleeping in a gasser. I wish Seat Ray had a 34’ boat with a single diesel motor but it’s looking like I will have to go with the Tiara.
Nothing remotely close related to the thumbnail image in this video. You’re welcome.
This man’s doing the lords work!!
I'm very impressed with the space on that boat. It looks a lot bigger on the inside.
Small boat. Good for the lakes in Minnesota.
Glad you have a rigid dingy. With that crew, you’re going to need it.
bouncy dingys are the best!
Nice boat, smaller but has everything you need. The Light Side🛥
You can tell Bobby is very technically focused. This probably has something to do with his days as a pilot.
look up flying doodles
@@Fatalimit -- look up, it is in the sky!
Look down, because they are in the water!
It is a nice boat, but the price is definitely steep, even considering the extras. Looks like you paid a little too much at the start. Best of luck
Correct I just saw one for 29k and thought that was steep.

The title pic “Motorboatin’” with a buxom Amanda is good display of subliminal messaging on Bobby’s part.
Que the Little Big Town song. 😏
Name for the boat?
What is not to love about Moterboating with Amanda?🤷♂️
Hahaha so subtle
Amanda has the most amazing soft and big 30yr old ta-tas..
If you are in the market for a boat like this buying one from Bobby, you know he’s gone through everything. Great looking boat.
I would agree what ever he sells it for its gonna be worth it ... I have the same boat 99 first year love it .. its not brand new powered so I could only imagine someone gonna buy this fast

You are definitely the hardest working person on UA-cam. I love your dedication!

I had a slightly smaller 1998 SunDancer for about 6 years and loved it! Great boat!
What a Stunner!! The boat's beautiful as well! ;)
I am glad that your Dinghy is Rigid Bobby. With the crew that you always have I would expect that.
#BobbysLifeDoesNotSuck - love the fact that Bobby says that there it has two sleeping compartments and ...under his breath .. they use the 2nd for storage. ... Amanda is a little more forthcoming with the fact that "if this boat is rockin don't come a knockin"...
That looks like alot more room down below than I expected , looking at it from the outside I didn't think it was so big . Nice boat . 😊
Nice to see Amanda getting used to having the camera on all the time.
That is a very nice boat...fresh everything...Great buy and it should be a quick sell. Amanda is gorgeous. Looking forward to the next episodes with this boat.
If Amanda comes with the Boat, sign me up! 🙂
Nice boat... nice companion ...I want to be like Bobby when I grow up..god bless
Both using the word WE....sounds like a partnership.
Best built power boats on the market. Sold vessel, thick hull, great fibreglass. Enjoy Bobby!
Oh boy a new toy for Bobby, looks sharp and go fast. A good choice to create content until the new boat is ready.
Really looking forward to this series. I have an 07 300 dancer and this is exactly what I want to do with her.
I loved it, and also am a huge fan of express cruisers. It will be fun to see you go faster for a few months, well done!
The trigger word "WE" that dooms every doodles first mate !
Nice upgrade bobby, and the boat is nice to.
Bobby, it appears you have mapped out my retirement!!!

W0W! twin 454's! I'm guessing it hauled A$$ when you asked it too!? Seems like an awful lot of H.P. for that size boat.
@@arottie4097 , it would move.

That boat looks well taken care of. Of course the new covers and equipment sure doesn't hurt.
The ideal boat for going around the Bahamas etc. Now in great shape for cruising with Amanda

soooooooooooooooo Bobby - only one bed? I have been seeing something starting between you and Amanda. She is absolutely stunning
One bed but two women. It’s going to be a little crowded. Early in the video under his breath Bobby said the back cabin is used for storage.
Bobby, you can certainly tell with Amanda that she has been in front of a camera many times before. I do think that she adds something to the podcasts. Good motoring.
Happy New Year Bobby and Amanda. Nice looking boat.
You are a lucky man, Bobby :D
Thank you Amanda 💙❤️🇬🇧🇺🇸
Nice lookin Boat Bobby n Amanda.
You guys got me looking at boats 24/7..
Great boat guys, perfect for You and Amanda, at least by now...
Motorboatin' with Amanda, that's as good as it gets!
wow, basedon the titl,Iwas expecting a much different video 8-(
That is a great boat while you wait for the big one!!
thanks mom!

That yellowfin center console is gorgeous.
Looking forward to these videos! I'm thinking of a boat around this size for Lake St Clair and the Great Lakes in Michigan.
Oh, my gosh! My name is Vita!! The lil boat behind Bobby is named after me!!! Cool!!
Sweet!!!
Saw the dark side hatreras docked south of Marco. Suprised you got rid of it. Just sold that same sea ray basically, went bigger. Good luck docking it with wind.
Nice boat for 23 yrs old.
a very popular size boat up here in Lake St. Clair and the great lakes.
Perfect Great Lakes boat.
Nice boat, Bobby. Looks in great condition. My pal has the same boat and I've been out on his many times. Sea Ray makes an excellent express cruiser.
Things move fast in "Bobby's World". New boat, New woman.........
Right on Bobby, that's a sweet li'l boat right there. 👍
Amanda is going to be really upset when Bobby gets the Island Spirit and he starts a new season with a new girlfriend
He goes thru girls like most people go thru toothbrushes. That's great in your 40's, but then what?
Beautiful, and the boats not bad either.
Remember the trim is your friend.. drives all the way down till you get on plane.. then bump up the outdrives to get the bow up and less wetted surface.. and less steer torque…
“Another couple…”. Implies that there is a first couple. Ah yeah. Bobby, you da man.

Bobby great to see the new boat, great video cheers!
My brother in law just bought a 2007 for 31k and it is in almost perfect condition!
Nice to see you are banging Amanda. Stay hard my friend.
Good looking Boat
That's what a TV looked like 100 years ago 😅. Cool boat, though. 😎
Boat has more things going for it than I would think for something that size.
Bobby been telling us for weeks already the “next video” will be of his new boat build progress filmed why they were in Thailand.
Still waiting..
Great transition boat. It’ll be interesting to see what direction your content goes with just a couples cruiser.
How many times can you say "Brand New, Brand New, Brand New" 🤣🤣😎😎 Great boat, I like how you take care of things and making improvements!
Oh poor Bobby, you have to squeeze with her on that bed, tough life.
It was a nice boat, but just picked the 34 Crusers Yacht because of the opening center window and bigger beam.
That is a pretty good business model. Get a decent deal, upgrade it, create videos and memories, sell it for what it cost. No loss for you, no real loss for the buyer.

Those 340’s are well known for their water intrusion on the foredeck. You can almost guarantee it.
Beautiful boat Bobby. Looks sharp
