I think all the washi tape is just used for decoration as with all other kinds of washi tape. But it still works as regular tape.
Chi-Yu is the Fishy Pokemon.
Thanks for remembering my request to look for Cubchoo. Sadly, I didn’t see it on the shelves either. Hopefully one day the little guy appears.
I’m really not sure why Cubchoo is so forgotten by Pokemon fans in general. It’s an adorable baby polar bear, and the booger only makes it cuter and unique.

Checked maps and its 1hr+~ train travel from Tokyo, I usually wont bother if its this far but the exclusive Bucket Hat Pikachu is sooo cute, will definitely make the trip there

Slither wing is my favorite of the Gen 9 pokemon! It looks like a fluffier version of volcarona! I'd get him for sure. In the game I named him Bleepo 💖

Chi-yu, the goldfish looking Pokémon is from scarlet and violet.
I do like the matcha pikachu line as well but, the teapot is a pass for me.
