I use the rpg maker UNITY
current Maximum attack and defense is 999 at its limit
Maximum Hp is 9999 at its limit
current Maximum Level is 99 at its limit
Maximum Exp/money is also limited
I want to exceed all this limitations
What should I do?

There's absolutely no reason to put a cap on 999
