To complete on the world stage Nigeria must help the ECOWAS, AU to turn into The United Republic of Africa. Thus African nations will have access to a currency that will afford tremendous growth, billions if people to sell goods and services to and excel its technology to compete with the world on the world market.

Require the BDCs to digitize their transactions - both buying and selling - and while every traveller is at the airport checkpoint they should declare a digital or printed receipt for all foreign currencies in their possession. If the federal government is so serious about fight against corruption, that'd include members of their families and political party patrons and operatives.
3. (This should have happened by now) Set a timeline for fixing the industrial power source for the manufacturing sector. Encourage both local and foreign investment in the manufacturing sector with tax incentives that last as long as the next decade if not longer.
4. Identify all the other sources of natural wealth besides crude oil. Set a timeline to commercialize them for as short as the next 18 months if not shorter.
Unfortunately Balablu's head cannot contain solutions like this.
