Tip: When you install the A/C and all of that, install a whole home dehumidifier! If you have high humidity and do the canning and food preservation, it's worth it 1000%. Plus, you will never have mold in your vent system, which means, no lung issues. Do it now, before you need to do it in the futre and pay high price for it. Just a tip.

Jeremy, thank you for giving me the inspiration to organize my workshop. I've watched all of the house build and also much of the prior material and was inspired to clean out and organize my shop. After my dad died in 2014 I ended up with a LOT of his stuff, but had never sorted it out, and eliminated what I didn't need. I have now and am ready to get back to work. No house build planned but plenty of honey-do jobs. A fan of all four of you, Paul

Been a long time now since I've been following your story so I greatly appreciate what you've gone through up to this point. You all are very talented in your own ways and it's always been a sure thing somehow you'd find a way to reach your goal and have this wonderful dream of yours. Some questions for an episode of “The Dirt”:
    When do estimate moving in?
Will code allow you to move in with some work still left to do?
How do you find the driveway with the gravel? Loving it, or no difference?
What are your plans for the trailer? Keep it a living space for the girls, turn it into an office, sell it...?
How is the ph of the water from your well? (Mine is very alkaline and has a lot of sediment, so I’m always interested in how people deal with water issues.)
Do you plan on doing some water catchment for outdoor watering at the house?
Can you do a drone shot of the house area and draw in your plans for using the space?
    Are the girls excited?
Do you have plans to deal with the temperature gradients in the air under the vaulted ceiling?
Are you planning to put in extra vents for return flow from the upstairs spaces for the HVAC?
I heard there is a wood shortage for some reason...are y’all having any issue sourcing wood for the decks?
Are you planning to put some kind of fence or hedge at the cliff?
