Either shrine of chance (for talents ( 5 knowledge)), or do the 3 free talent hand quests. ( you can also use shrine of temptation for mantra rerolls (5 knowledge)).

you really have to lean on mystic to help out if you’re missing out on hands on the last level BEFORE you level up do the compassion quest for an extra hand of cards look it up lemme know if that helps
that doesnt work cause you need to shrine at lvl 8 with all the stats u need and 25 charisma but you will get 25 charisma on the last investment points that will not be enough to level up and if i use the quest it wont give me a talent hand it will give me a talent hand only if i level up and the bad thing is that charisma is the last thing to invest in so you cant get charisma talents @@DimerDillon
Why only 40 on agility post shrine? Don't you need 50 agility to get jetstriker, and you can't use the shrine if you already have an oath? So in order to get jetstriker with a shrine build, you'd need 50 agility post shrine, right?
