Game: Gasing/Spinning Tops
▶️ Gasing or tops spinning is a traditonal games popular among Malay.
▶️ Both adults and children can play the game. But bigger or giant top spinning is more of a games for adult than children.
▶️ Gasings are spun with a string, cord or rope.
▶️ To spin a gasing, a string is first tightly wound around the top.
▶️ With the player holding on to one end of the string, the gasing is thrown or “launched” to set it spinning.
