I have POTS and struggle being upright so I could not run a half marathon but I can cycle (using a recumbent bike), lift weights and am pretty damn good at those, and this disability once left me bedbound. I definitely consider myself fit now compared to where I was, but its also okay if other people don't consider me that way :) we only have to live with how we feel about ourselves it's good to have fitness goals/aspirations but its okay if those are different! we have different bodies and different priorities
