how do you build enough confidence to go the weight section when you have no idea what you are doing?? I really want to start going to the weight section at my gym but feel intimidated because I don't really know what to do..
even though you’re focus wasn’t to lose weight, for those of us that do want to tone up, lose some weight, what do you think is what helped you the most on your journey?
Love how you promote actual health and wellness and how you feel compared to other influences who are obsessed with how you look! Keep up the great work girlie! 😍🙌🏻
Thank you for your video on how you reached your fitness goals. I think it is so true that a holistic approach is key - and involving your mental, emotional, and spiritual health throughout the journey is extremely necessary and that is the kind of balance humans need to have. I love the inspiring work you’re doing and for sharing your story. My favourite part of the video was when you spoke about how no one diet works for everyone. We should look within and figure out what works best for US. Just because someone who has your ideal body, doesn’t mean that their workout routine and diet will cooperate with our bodies. Look at them for inspiration, try it out for yourself, but curate it for yourself. You are you, not anyone else. So love fully in and embrace you. We shouldn’t just look at other peoples bodies and expect for it to be copied and pasted onto ours if that makes sense by following their workout regimen and lifestyle exactly. It also puts undue stress on our body because it is so unique. And from there we need to really learn and spend time with our own bodies to know ourselves better. Don’t we spend so much time looking outside of ourselves for the answers when we have the answers all along? I really needed that reminder. I am really working on eating intuitively and not hating myself or regretting when I am eating too much food or an unclean food and to not restrict myself so much and be gentle with myself. I love your mindset around food and I think I would be very interested in a video on intuitive eating and the mindset you have around good.
I have been following you on Instagram for over a year now, and in 2021, I totally fell out of my fitness journey. Life changes caused it to fall in the back burner, but this has reminding me moving into the new year how I have to start shifting my mindset in order to be goal focused rather than constantly body checking and focusing on others. Thank you for your honesty and transparency, and I am really excited to try some of your recipes on Instagram and return on my journey. You have such a positive attitude, and have really pushed me in the right direction after a rough slump. Thank you!!
I literally used to go back to that original health journey video all the time and was so sad when you took it down! It changed my life and helped me live happy and healthy for the first time in my life. I’ve fallen off this year because I moved in with my boyfriend and have had a lot of life changes but this video came at the perfect time! I’m ready to put my health first again. Thanks for this Katelynn 💜💜
So thankful for your outlook on health and wellness. It is so easy to get caught up in body image and feel so awful when you don’t look like a certain way. I really needed a new healthy outlook on my fitness and health goals for this year and this truly inspired me. I have been following you from the beginning and am so thankful for you❤️💕
Thank you for sharing your journey with us! I'd love if you could do an episode on the podcast about going out, socializing and how you handle drinking while balancing a healthy lifestyle. I think you mentioned you don't drink so would love more inspiration for that!
Loved this video! I love when you said that no body is the same I always have to remind myself that ☺️ I’m so happy you’re having a podcast cause I love anything you have to say and you’re so inspiring 🤍🤍
i just absolutely appreciate YOU and your influence on me and the world in general i love you so much and really thank you for everything you do! you motivate to become better and happier and continue my wellness journey🥺🥺🥺🤍🤍
You really were the one person who made me change my look on fitness and health in 2020 and I appreciate you sm since then✨ pls keep up your amazing work🤍 Btw I am already obsessed with your podcast!
thank you so much for this video!! your journey is very helpful and also in a way similar to mine because I have been active pretty much all my life but then when I got to college ... basically, I am not where I want to be with my body image and I wish I was as active as I was in high school and I wish I was still an athlete but unfortunately my college doesn't have my sport. I am making a list of goals I want for myself/my health for 2022 and I am praying that I keep up with them.
💛💛💛 this is a great video katelynn! Such good advice. Your experience with alcohol is similar to mine and I really admire your choice to choose sobriety!
Taking out alcohol out from diet is a good idea ! For your health.. it’s very challenging for you cuz you see all friends around you drinking.. in my country it’s forbidden for a reason, which so bad to our health and associates with a lot of disease. Love you and keep going
i’ve been wanting to cut alcohol out for awhile now but i’m in college and all of my friends always want to go out to the bars and drink and when i tell them i don’t want to they are always questioning me and trying to push me to drink with them…so how did you deal with the situations if you were her put in them?
Will def talk more about this in a vid or podcast!! but I go out sober (I'll order a mocktail if I don't wanna be left out of the cheers lol) but the friends who support you WILL support your life choices & those are the friends worth keeping IMO!
I know you didn’t personally ask for someone else to advise you but I don’t see why not. In the video she mentions that alcohol doesn’t “agree” with her. If you consume alcohol in moderation just like anything else cause you enjoy it and you are careful with it, it won’t stop you from achieving any goals.
@@silviasenka7022 I appreciate any input! For my, I drink on occasion but really want to work on my mental and physical health! I just want to see if there are ways to implement both :)
I think it’s the best way to do it. From seeing the people around me, I think reserving it for special occasions prevents you from getting into the habit of drinking too much as well as using it as a clutch for when you’re in a bad headspace.
Hi!! Leave me some questions below!!
I'm gonna film a follow up Q+A to this vid, gonna try & answer all of them 🤍🤍
how do you deal with food ruts and being bored with the recipes/meals you cook everyday

set a boundary. tell them that you enjoy yourself without drinking and that it has nothing to do with them as they can drank whatever they please .
What do you do on days where you don't feel like working out?
Love this! Also - where are your wall prints from? so cute!

Do you believe it is still possible to go through a wellness/health journey while still consuming alcohol on occasion?
