Easy to follow Shoulder and Backpack Strap Pattern Pack. I also sell a Laptop-Messenger bag pattern pack that comes with this Strap pack. The single shoulder strap process is covered in my laptop messenger bag video. However they go together the same way.
Every stitching hole and measurement is figured out for you! All you need to do is punch out the marked holes and cut on the lines. Time stamps, and material list below.

very helpful, thank you
You bet, thanks!
What needle and thread side did you use? Explanation is pertinent in teaching over showing your work. The punch hole size? All these play a factor. The hole and stitch don't look good to me as a crafter who's accustomed to wood but not leather. Would appreciate a better explanation on tool sized you used and thread sizes so all of us my better understand the process and may refine it.
I used a standard round leather hand sewing needle. The stitching holes were punched with a 1/16" hole punch, and I believe most of the buckle holes were done with around a 5/32" but that can depend on the buckles you use. I would suggest doing a test piece for that and the sewing before you start. I believe the thread was around a 0.045". I would go with a thread thick enough to fill the stitching holes nicely without making it difficult to sew.
