Great video! I got the X10 yesterday, great so far. But the mapping in one room wasn’t so good, there are some black areas (there’s a couch there) any suggestions? Will he map it better with time? Thank you

I ordered this a couple weeks ago, the web site said it probably wouldn't ship until mid April, it did already ship though and I should have it next week, I can't wait to get it. It might be interesting to compare this one to the Narwal Freo Ultra, I'm thinking of ordering that as well.

Can you use any mop washing fluid with it for the floor
Does the mop pads still touch medium pile carpets? I was planning on getting the x10, but worried about getting the carpets wet.
Does it go over thick thresholds like floor coping?
I expect this one to get better (AI/mapping/pathing) over time with software updates. Eufy (Anker) is like Wyze where they release "beta" products and fix the firmware over time as part of their business model to keep costs reduced.
The only major features this is missing compared to flagships is the hot-water wash and the edge mopping (e.g. pad that swings out or butt-wiggle). Also, the solution you can use in many Robovacs is the Bona Hardware Floor concentrate.
I think I saw another review where it does the butt wiggle for edge mopping.
So I just got mine and when I mapped it, it missed a bathroom (my daughter closed the door😅) how the heck do you remap or add new maps? Do you know?

Thanks for the reivew. I know this is stupid. But I'm going between something like this X10 or the $125 l50 from Walmart. My apartment is about 850 square ft, the main living area and kitchen are hardwood and the bedrooms are carpet. Which would you buy? Or something in between?
I just bought the l60 with cleaning station. You could just mop your own floor n save money. Hope this helps
Where do you buy parts like brushes/dust bags ect if eufy site does not have in stock ?
Amazon has some, but this is the only thing that I don't like about eufy is parts availability
I have ordered mine today. How long will the dust bag last as the addtional dust bag will be delivered in late june.
