Bloom. 2023 was a very transformative year for me, and now with 2024 on the way I feel as though I will finally be blooming from those changes into something even more wonderful than before. I can't wait to see what the new year has in store!

For me I think it's "Discipline". I tend toward laziness, procrastination, and impulsiveness. Most of my specific goals for next year involve discipline in some way - being better with money, eating healthier, completing chores on a daily basis, etc.

Congrats 😊 my word of the year is Breathe.2023 was really rough and a lot of emotional breakdowns were had. Life can be hard sometimes and I need to learn to breathe and trust that even when it feels like my heart is being squeezed and my world is falling apart, it will pass. Just breathe through it.
I feel like mine would be reevaluate. I wanna look at my life and see what I can do to make me a better person, how I can nourish my relationships, my body, how I can make myself happier with what I have or improve it.
Effort.
I've always been fairly lazy growing up but 2023 was an all time high. So 2024 I will be focusing on effort in all aspects of my life. Health, fitness, relationships, work, home, etc!

health. physically, mentally, and in all the ways those things intertwine. start running consistently, as well as getting good sleep, waking up earlier, and prioritizing my schoolwork and work first.
Positivity. I had a rough 2023. I just lost my job two weeks ago. I had a very serious depressive episode (because of the job). Just looking for things to be better this year.

I want to overcome my anxiety and be honest about the way I feel. I want to be myself around the people I love and add more new people into my life. I want to be honest about the person that I am and be honest about the way I should accept and love myself.

Forgive. As someone who has anxiety, I want to forgive myself and others so I can move forward.
