I am glad you did the tag. I always love when your videos pop up. I can relate to so much that you mentioned. Not necessarily now but I am a single mom as well. My son is grown and living his life and doing well. But I know the struggle of working full time and being the sole parent. I didn’t journal much when he was young. There was no time to “be me”. So give yourself some grace! This is our hobby and I hope you stay around💜 Journal when you can. There are no rules.

Journaling is really something you do when it feels good but I do hope you stick around on youtube and share yer journey with us :) , I do enjoy watching your videos. Not to Compare yerself to others is really hard, i think its the biggest enemy for creators..even as moms, i am right there with you. I try to stay away from social media and scrolling in general, keep it to 10 mins a day or dont do it at all. There is only one you in this world and yer light is needed, you are so precious! I am also sorry you had to go through the Helene scare and I wish I would have some wise words to share with you to explain why we have to go through such difficult moments in life.. I had my share of them and I try to see them as opportunities for me to change the way I look at life and just be grateful to be alive and have my health. Gratitude journaling helped me a lot with that, also I had really bad depression after having both of my kiddos...I dont think I will ever be the same I was before....writing those feelings and thought down and putting them all on paper saved my sanity. Try writing about how things make you feel instead of lining up what happened during a day...have a journal only for yer eyes and your eyes only. I am turning 42 next year and I just started pursuing my dream of living off of my art 2 years ago, if you are alive its not too late! its truly just a number! I hope this helped a lil bit and I hope you have an amazing 2025! xx
