    A good solution for the Mayo production. 15 to 20k per pallet is much, much more realistic.

    • @Broken__Reality
      @Broken__Reality 19 днів тому +2

      Yeah at the £30k price it would be £30 a litre that's the sort of money you pay for artisanal handmade stuff. £15k is far better from a realism and balance standpoint in my view.

      You could edit the files of the sell tent - but it can be a pain though - so yes i agree - I think it matches the Furniture now ?

    If someone is interested:
    after many people claimed, that the Oilmill wasnt worth it, I just now did a test to find out.
    I play on difficulty normal, I sold all products on their best time in the year and also at the best paying selling station.
    I allways sold exactly a full trailor (the red 3in1 with 59.400l capacity), or sold every pallet of oil i could get out of those 59.400l i put into the oil mill.
    Canola: 73.163€ (86.783€ at the train)
    Canola Oil: 100.671€
    Sunflowers: 85.513€ (99.000€ at the train)
    Sunflower Oil: 116.698€
    Olives: 75.993€ ( 88.981€ at the train)
    Olive Oil: 154.053€
    Conclusion: Yes you do make a profit on every type on oil, but especially on canola and sunflower oil it isnt that much. You would have to run the Oilmill for at least 7 years for it to pay off.
    the win on oliveoil however is expectionally high

    • @Sarlasin
      @Sarlasin 19 днів тому +1

      edit: I did the train on its own, because on the map I tried it (erlengrat) you couldnt sell the Oil at the train. So if you would play on a map without a train, you would need to calculate with the smaller sum.

      That’s why they need the mayonnaise. The price looks too high but it really isn’t considering you need a chicken coop, al lot of grain for the chickens, the oil factory, a crop to use to make the oil, the mayonnaise producten and a lot of time and field work to get all these things. As you said, oil itself isn’t worth it, but it’s much more worth it if you make the mayonnaise.

    You should upgrade your sprayer with the See and Spray technology. That way you get double points for the ES (30 instead of 15) that apply to everything you sell (not only that particular field crop). The savings on herbicide are HUGE, and the yield loss is minimal because they appear in spots not in the whole field, so the 10% penalty is applied only to a small portion of the field. On top of that you leave a job for the next day.

    • @Broken__Reality
      @Broken__Reality 19 днів тому +1

      Yeah increasing the environmental score would have a big follow on effect. The see and spray would soon pay for itself.

    I honestly think the Mayo factory is fine after all the expense of everything you have to put in, Fert, lime seed repairs fuel the olives are a crazy expense to hopefully it comes out good, also there's the upfront cost of buildings plus the running costs that get taken for owning the Factory's, also the growing time for all crops and of course the time it takes for the chuckys to drop eggs for you, i know it will get faster but there's the constant feeding (as your feeder is tiny XD, I think its challenging as it is, and if not put the setting to hard XD but i think its just fine as is, I've probably forgotten some steps and or costs but you get the point, thanks again for another wonderful Video I do enjoying watching both zooming about doing your thing !!

    • @Broken__Reality
      @Broken__Reality 19 днів тому +2

      The constant feeding of those chickens will be a nightmare in the future. They will need the food refilling 3 or 4 times an episode once they have 700 adult chickens. Personally I would have edited the xml but it seems that Daggerwin is not keen on doing edits on xml from what Chainsaw said this episode.

    • @DreamingofDolfie
      @DreamingofDolfie 19 днів тому +1

      Yer I can understand it though if unsure about how to go about it, or messing up the play though, I think his kind of thinking, better to be safe then sorry, hehe, And also there going to go though grain like crazy once there up to 700 Chucks I know it's not something most think about but thats a ton of grain and work, and also remembering to keep topping it up so there health don't go down and you have to wait for them to recover...

    • @Broken__Reality
      @Broken__Reality 19 днів тому

      @@DreamingofDolfie Oh yeah if you aren't sure on something that could make a mess of things then best to not do it.
      Yeah going to be about 3500 litres of food a month when they have 700 adult chickens. So 37k a year. Not that bad really it's a field of something a year.

    Hi Chainsaw hope you keeping well ?
    1. Good idea re the Mayo - I did not think about selling the sell point tent - setting it to selling - easier then editing files lol - and yes good point re chickens /eggs / crops / oil mill - EP 44 in so yes worked hard to get to this point - super job from you and Dagggerwin -
    2. Re the Oilves - long time since i done them - i do ithem via Green Houses now lazy lol - anyway am not sure of you have or need to spray them with fertilizer? -
    3. Your sound levels are pefect
    4. One thing I like about this series we see Daggerwin doing what ever he doing - and we see you doing the small jobs - Green House pallets - good idea were you placed them until ready to sell
    5. Thoses drill pairing would do my head in - too easy to mess up too wrong crop selected - like what happened in one of the videos - funny though - I like how you had to move the sparyer Daggerwin left - he folded it up thinking you had enough room - that made me smile -
    6. Liked the music in this video too by the way
    Good job as always from both of you - hope this series keeps going for some time though - Really relaxing specially when you are aving a routh time at the moment
    All the best Chainsaw

    I think you made the right choice for the mayo production. once you get more chickens the profit will scale up nicely in a balanced way. Loving the series keep up the good work :)

    Clothes from the sheep seems like a reasonable route to go eventually. Clothes from cotton tends to be very OP but sheep are more involved with more steps so seems realistic.

    • @Broken__Reality
      @Broken__Reality 19 днів тому

      Also clothes from sheep do need the massive investment for a cotton harvester that would be used once or maybe twice as it would take ages if they did a large amount of cotton for it to process.

    • @AnnaMaria-zm8cv
      @AnnaMaria-zm8cv 19 днів тому +1

      I let them reproduce by themselves, it goes pretty fast if you got the enhanced animal husbandry mod (that also auto sells animals that no longer produce, are too old or with health below 75%). Each chicken could lay up to 10 eggs. I sell off all the males right after hatching, they only eat and dont earn anything when full grown. With other animals I keep them until max value.

    • @Chainsaw100
      @Chainsaw100  19 днів тому +4

    Honestly, I wish you would replace the drill that you used. I continue to her Dag say “well we want to use something new” but those drills have been use a lot so far. Time for a change of drill that better suits the farm. If you cannot use it on all fields it does not fit the needs of the farm.

      I think the difference is in the scale of the waste. £800 on a repair that doesn't matter or £37k on a tiny tractor or £10k on painting the ground green. I didn't even notice the waste by Chainsaw cause it was small.
