Is there any Video showing assembly of the printed "Diff"? Killed mine on first attempt of acceleration. Maybe I made a mistake in the building process.
I found out, that the bevelgear was to far from the pinion. During assembly I could turn everything by hand without problems. Once torque was applied gears began to slip. After disassembly I saw, that nothing was broken. The sound was horrible so I expected a total. I printed a 0.4 mm shim and placed it between bevel gear and bearing. Now it is working nicely. I use a standard Tamiya 540 brushed.
This chassis seems can handle rough tracks for rally Bodies very well so Normal body clips are a must and can work absolutely fine, another thing I would add is a front bumper, if you manage to make a mount to use a Tamiya TT02 foam bumper it would be great. And speaking of rally, where the Destiny 4x4?😅
