If I understand correct, that youre showing the Dar age aggression? What is different to the fast feudal except 5 Villagers on food and not on wood? Is it the same way to play? On your first list are so many Informations, and you dropped only one Benchmark list. But really nice work. I think its actually the best age4 content
So should I not be building pastures and be living off the land as much as I can? I live off sheep for the first 5 min or so then usually start shifting to pastures. this may be an outdated question

hi, grubby ty for reply, anyway i play a lot of mongol and i will like to share this my mongol build order for you , 1) strategy 1-> scout, archer, lancer+springale, 4-8 scout rush (scout from stable , not from tc) , (1st age) go to 2nd age before 6 mins , no need professional scout, (2nd age) keep making archer (1 archer range building) go to castle age around 9 mins, once you reach castle age , make springale, and lancers, no more archer , so these period archer must not die, --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) strategy 2-> archer rush + ram or archer+ram and go castle age this one can be full all-in feudal age, or you can go castle age with archer non-stop around 11-12mins 7 food, 2 gold ,then all food, once you build dear stone (first land mark) , make 4 villages build dear stone, 5 villages on food only, and 2 on gold, rest all wood, even tc come out , jus go chop wood, so when i build dear stone usually i have like 7-8 for food, so i will jus pull them and go chop wood, once reach feudal age (2nd age), make 1 archer range, now, make 7 on food only , 2 still on gold and rest all wood, ( 4 guys from building first land-mark, 2 go chop wood 2 go gather meat from sheep) now once wood again 150, build blacksmith, and research (E) the technology you can build ram, now still all tc villages go wood once you reach 7 food, 14 wood, next tc go get food, so now 8 food then 14 wood, next go wood again, my resources allocation is 8 food and 16 wood, then stop wood, after this all go food, archer range building finish jus making archer, (Y+Q) , so once you reach 8-10 archers, you can build the first ram, its around the game time- 6:45- 7:15, now its critical to initiate attack enemy, if they fast castle, you must hit now, if they are not, you have your ram, and keep making archers and kill villages, using ram to absorb arrows from TC. This strategy 2, has 2 way, 1 is go all-in feudal age, meaning you can build another archer range, and mass archers + ram , and win the game, or you can choose just 1 archer range , and go castle age, around 11-12 mins as i mentioned. Now, if your enemy is French, you have to make spear+archer in this build, if your enemy is not french , you can just go with mass archers only, because early horseman will die as well when you have 12-20 archers and easy to focus and take down, if they are england, you have to be careful for MAA cuz they are tanky. so once the ram is nearly die, please pull back and bring 1 villages to repair it, this village can also spend $ 70 wood to build tower, so your military army at front can enjoy the YAM network, which is increase movement speed ! this build order, the only way to get to castle around 11 mins is that you have 16 villages for wood right, after you build your first ram, ( then you need to upgrdae +1 attack for archers, and research the increase gather food tech only) leave only 8 villages for wood, then 8 go gather food from wild dear, then 16 food stop, all villages now come out from TC, go gold, so eventually you will build the castle land mark at 16 villages for food, 10 for gold, and 8 for wood, (please remember TC non-stop making villages and also archers from archer range building) if enemy is french, no blacksmith early, you build barrack first for spear and then another 150 wood, you build archer range building, i recommend only these 2 strategy only as mongol --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) strategy 3 -> fast castle ( time is 8:30-9:00 ) if your enemy is fast castle, and you want to fast castle, you can do this too, 4) strategy 4 -> cav archer also known as mangudai, this is weak because archers can simply trade off with cheaper resources, however you can also go straght to 2nd age and build 1 archer range first then go mangudai, then go 3rd castle age, however this strategy is weak because you do not have professional scout, also you can not protect your villages from gathering wild, because you are not even making spear to defend if they have early horseman, or even knight, this is very weak and vulnerable, so the only way to play mangudai, is when you are building archer, you can actually making 2-4 mangudai and micro them to kill villages , if enemy has archer, you can run, so just trying to harass them to dead, which require fast hand apm as well, ( its like RUS 3 scout at different places trying to kill 18 dear etc) btw all my strategy is base on arabia only, no sea etc hope you enjoy, 5) strategy 5, early horse man, again 7 food, 2 gold then go 2nd age, make stable, then go early horseman , if they got spear you go archer, if you do not have spear you can keep making early horseman to harass, please do not build early horseman in 1st age, because too expensive and go to 2nd age too late. However, this feudal age (2nd) playing strategy is very similar as french going knight, thats why i put this as the last strategy, this one is not good especially if your enemy is french, of course knight is stronger than Early horseman , so if you go early horseman+ spear is also another choices, so you can decide what combo you want, for exmaple early horseman+ archer or early horseman + spear -> build ram as well , kill as many villages if you, then go castle age around 12-13 mins , then change to lancer etc PS: 150 stone for 2 villages is way too long and not efficient, building archers 80 stone is most efficient

I think Mongols can do this as a trick, while simulating aggression. In the Genesis Tournament, a Mongols player (who ended up winning) went 2 TC after feigning aggression. However, fast Castle may be better, to get Lancers. Or one TC Feudal aggression.
yeah, they're are simply too expensive and fragile. I sometimes make 4-6 just for some early harass if my opponent isn't going for archers but never any more than that
@@UlfMTG Well I am kinda new, and low ELO probably, but so far I have played mangudai rush, following 2 stables to back them up with the horse spearmen. Worked quite well so far, tho my opponents mostly are noobs I guess.
I think a few are good for harass, scouting and buying time. Sometimes many can be good, but they get countered by many things. They lose hard to any archers, so you need to have good attack angles
Basically manghudai are way undertuned because devs worried about op potential. They really are trash for evrything except villager raids. Short range, dmg meh, countered hard, dmg to buildings non existent, basically loses to any other cav archer. Very situational good for villager runs mostly
Ive lots of success with large amounts of mangudai. But you have to suprise your opponent. If they arent expecting them then they can do so much damage. I think the better opponents you run into the less effective they will generally be.
Imperial age for Mongols is all about stone. Make a market and at least 9 traders, get the stone trading upgrade, and that allows you to spam double production units as much as you want. Also, the Improved Torches upgrade is very expensive but insanely good as well, makes your melee units destroy buildings super fast. For units you'll want a mix of Lancers and Siege, maybe a few archers to make your siege units on the battlefield. Also, like grubby said, your Age 4 Springalds are the best in the game, so get the upgrade and make some of those for sure

I think it's best to mass Archers and use the Signal Arrow to gain movement speed and overwhelm them with superior numbers (and upgrades)!

Dark age Tower rush is as stupid as TC rush. hope they make it so you cant make towers in first age :)
