This a great video - the transparency to show the full picture is a refreshing to see! Don’t ever apologise for the smart financial decisions you have made with your family both in career and your personal finances - be proud of your achievements Vicky! ❤
Wow arnt you brilliant! You didn’t have to do seperate video but really appreciate and I know a lot of others will appreciate to. I need this template for excel I am shocking at excel! Still watching and well done on a great Net Worth and also paying down the hecs and credit card one at a time. Mortgages will always be scary to look at but look at your assets you are left with! You have given me courage to do mine now!! Oh also the savings categories is that the cash stuffing component? Well done inspirational girl!! ❤
It only actually includes what’s in the bank accounts, not any cash in binders. I think at any one time I would only have about another 2k in binders because I cash condense often.
Amazing!! Everyone is in a different position because of different circumstances and different life paths. Don’t apologise for where you’re at right now. I love these videos because you see the entire picture and not just the leftover money that gets stuffed every week/fortnight. Thank you for being transparent and honest using real numbers 💜
Well done thanks for the walk through. I don't do networth I don't think my brain can brain that much lol don't be worried about sharing you and hubby have worked hard for everything and how much u have is amazing to be proud of it wasn't givin to you u worked for it x
Thanks so much. I just know some people get really funny especially my family when I say we don’t have money for certain things because of the income we earn etc. I really appreciate your support and kind words. 🤩
Mortgage repayments divided by your income. I do it against net income. So example if your mortgage repayments are $30,000 per year and your income is $80,000 per year then you multiply that by 100 is 37.5%. Thanks so much Tammy.

Nothing wrong with sharing YOUR journey!! I watch others to get inspiration and ideas, not to compare. Congratulations on the hard work paying off!!
Thank you so much!! It is very easy to compare though and even when I first started I fell into that trap. I appreciate your comments 🤩
Love all the helpful information! This is exactly the type of video I needed to see. (Also LOVE the Christmas nails). Newly Subscribed!!!
Thanks for subbing! Hope I can inspire you with your goals. The Xmas nails are looking a bit grubby now but thank you. The lights glow in the dark. 🤩

How do you work out your mortgage stress percentage ? Great video
