@@ΠάνοςΑξιώτης hi ^^ you should use your measurements, I suggest to use some chlotes that fit you the best. For the hips measurements, yes you should take the measure , but you can consider It bigger if you use an elastic belt, as I did

Love the cosplay!! I been wanting to make my own as well but am having trouble finding the fabric for the boots. Where did you get the fabric?
I just used bed sheets in differenti colors xD they're cheap and 100% cotton (but I brought the boots's leather on Amazon)
