@@ultimatefishkeeping I usually start up my pond around mid April. So I’ll probably uncover the pond then. I don’t really like to cover the pond longer than I have to. When I start up my equipment in April with the motion control sprinkler working and the pond guards still in place, I think the fish should still be safe then.
@PTranProductions I understand. The reason I asked is because I know that a lot of rainwater can cause your Pond water to become acidic. However, seeing as it does not rain as much as it does here, you will also be uncovering the Pond around mid-April, it will be fine. I appreciate you sharing your experiences and your Pond.
