Floor Area: 102 sqm (Excluding pool and landscaping)
Ideal Lot Size: 15x17m (for pool, pergola and setbacks)

Saya mau bikin rumah begini di kebun di kampung......di Jawa barat.....ada sungai Cisokan di pinggir kebun.....air nya mengalir dari sungai Citarum.......di belakang kebun masih banyak hutan hutan........lumayan AlHamduliah buat menyenangkan diri.........terimakasih Vidio nya.........yang penting di rumah seperti itu makan tidur olah raga...ataw berenang....jalan jalan......hidup lebih indah dan semakin berarti...........mendekatkan diri ke ALLAH.SWT....hati sejuk..nyaman..damai..tentram.........

It looks nice! But something does not sound right. For a 4 bdrm house, the living and dining area is quite small. I would get rid of one bedroom downstairs, make a bigger living, dining and kitchen.

@@paolovillaver2552 i use sketchup for my designs. It's free to download and use, but there are available options for purchase. I just personally use the freeware. For rendering, most are paid for. Hope this helps.✌😄
JTC Design Studio JTC Design Studio Sketchup din po ba ginamit dito? Sabi niyo po kasi di kaya ng laptop/pc niyo po yung pag render sa ginamit na app for this vid po. Sketchup din po ba ginamit sa vid na 'to?
@@paolovillaver2552 basic modelling in sketchup would be fine, but to render it you'd need a software like lumion/enscape/etc..not sure how the uploader used for this video, but on my channel I use sketchup + enscape. Check it out if you can.✌😊
